Today we walk from East Ham Station.
East Ham is a London Underground station on High Street North in the East Ham neighbourhood of the London Borough of Newham in east London, England. The station is on the District line and Hammersmith & City line. The station was opened on 31 March 1858. Filmed on Sunday 19th December 2021 at 4pm.

Thanks for doing this - the place was totally unrecognisable to me. I recognised East Ham Station, Sainsbury's, The Fish Shop, Lloyd's Bank and The Denmark Arms - well it has been 40 years since I walked down the High Street from the Station.

Thanks for doing that. It brought back some wonderful memories of walking along a very crowded High Street in the 50s and 60s with my Mum and Nan and stopping every 5 minutes to chat to somebody they knew. Of course it's very different now and sometimes I hardly knew where the camera was.I think I recognised the old Gaumont/Premier cinema.
