Oh no, was it one of those runs?! Sometimes it feels so annoying and stressful doesn't it. I had that yesterday with the stormy wind it nearly tripped me up twice it was that strong and I was actually growling like a grumpy old man at the big gusts 😂
Such a treat to spend this extended time stretching. Had a walk and run this Sat morning. Relaxing stretch, moved the bent leg up and down in the quad stretch because I’m pretty flexible and wasn’t feeling anything. Would love cues for people with more flexibility, please!

I always used to run but never stretched. But now that I am 60 I need this stretching very badly if I want to run. And I enjoy your long slow stretches instead of the usual fast few second stretches you usually see.

Long time no see Ash 😅... Probably like 2 weeks ago i noticed, that my shoes are not properly designem for my foot 😂. I've been running for 7 months in supination shoes while my foot are overpronating... Im taking a break for maybe 3 months and i'm going to start from the beggining again, but with good shoes. I came here, because i've been climbing hills for the first time and my legs were sooo tight. As always, great stretching session, thank you Ash😊

ah, very nice. I found you in the midst of my 5k training with a couple of injuries, and a long history of pushing myself without post-workout stretch. In my 50s now, having a long standing meditation practice, I found your way of guiding kindly, clearly, with your love of the felt shifts in your body all quite inspiring. So now I'm a bit hooked on post run recovery as I feel the difference psychically and psychologically. At my age, your videos are another good way to honor, attune to and care for the body skillfully. Thanks
I love that you are so connected to your body and how you are needing to shift focus. I too have a history of pushing myself (and causing injuries and accidents from pushing too hard) I’ve learnt the hard way and now want to share my passion for giving our body and brain a little time to balance out the intensity of our everyday life and our runs/workouts. Needed to revisit this deeper stretch session tonight after having to squeeze in a pre on call weekend last run at lunchtime with no time for post run stretch , I was tightening up but this session has sorted me out and chilled me out , thanks Ash , top man 👍🏼

I just did my first 5k attempt and it was sub30mins and I'm so pleased but i definitely felt it afterwards! Felt the stiffness and achyness settling in. So I really needed this deep stretch, thank you for the video 😊

Needed to revisit this deeper stretch session tonight after having to squeeze in a pre on call weekend last run at lunchtime with no time for post run stretch , I was tightening up but this session has sorted me out and chilled me out , thanks Ash , top man 👍🏼

I just did my first 5k attempt and it was sub30mins and I'm so pleased but i definitely felt it afterwards! Felt the stiffness and achyness settling in. So I really needed this deep stretch, thank you for the video 😊
