    Following circadian rhythms, clock genes (check out the Nobel prize winners on this!) and Ayurveda is best for me. Eat with the sun. Largest meal when sun is highest in the sky around noon, half that amount for supper.

    How safe is creatinine for someone who has diabetes or kidney issues? So hard to tell people about a one size fits all approach. Always do your research before making any dietary decisions.
