Both of them are great tbf, achieving Grand Slam titles at a young age and defeating Djokovic en route to their victories in his two best slams.

At the moment is Sinner in the spotlight and he will be the new number one, good for him! But for me is Carlos a joy to watch when he is playing tennis. Sinner is boring to watch even when he is good, but i always fell asleep.

    • @GrandSlamStats

I get what your saying completely. I still think Sinner is interesting to watch but it's like with Djokovic they're usually interesting to watch when they're under severe pressure or losing whereas Alcaraz, Federer or Nadal can be interesting even when they're dominating matches.

Djokovic and Nadal at their best are another level than Carlitos at his best so far. Future will tell if he can get there but I think he will only get close if someone like Sinner can push him for years.

Sinner was not born to push anyone. If he drives anything it is the entire tennis movement and the world of tennis will have to thank him.

Agreed! Anyone suggesting otherwise is biased. Let's see if he can reach Nadal and Djokovic's level at their best in the next couple of years as he hits his prime. Hopefully both Sinner and Alcaraz being close rivals will push each other to reach their highest level and potentially creating one of the greatest rivalries ever.

Remember Carlos came out of the blue
Pushed everyone to be at their best when he won two grand slam at early age. Carlos plays tennis like Federer
      Very classic
Also like the big three in other words.
When he is at his best.😊
      Everyone wants to beat him
He has to keep improving and

@@sandrinel7542 He definitely plays like Federer more than Nadal. I agree he has to improve especially his serve although its getting better. Both Alcaraz and Sinner are now the players everyone wants to beat, which is great for tennis!

Read, take notes and learn. Alcaraz is certainly a great talent and the variety of his shots is exciting but the idea that he is superior to Sinner in this is completely idiotic. The point - defined at the time of the year - between Alcaraz and Sinner in Miami last year and which I defined as the beginning of the new tennis era was won by Sinner. The best, most technical and most creative point of their last meeting - and not by chance - was won by Sinner. Sinner started playing tennis relatively late. He had time to become junior ski champion at seven years old. In the meantime and always with excellent results he played football. The movements, the movements, the elasticity, the exit speed that he shows from the baseline have the agility of the slalomist who was already at a young age. Sinner is a born athlete. He could have also excelled in other sports. It wasn't tennis that chose Sinner but Sinner who chose tennis. Sinner comes from the mountains, the aspiration to climb, to improve himself with discipline and method, to not be satisfied even in victory if it occurred without improvement, is part of his DNA. And so now I'll reveal to you what mentally Jannik is: It's a BORG and not in the sense of Bjorn Borg but in that of the alien species that appears in Star Trek, a race capable of analyzing the "enemy", "adapting" to its weapons and reconfiguring itself promptly to beat him. And that, my friend, makes the difference. Greetings.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on Alcaraz and Sinner. It's interesting to consider their strengths and backgrounds. I see your point about Sinner's athleticism and mental fortitude. Personally, I think both players have incredible potential, but it's fascinating to analyze their different approaches to the game.

That's why in my opinion Sinner is boring to watch. I don't care if hé will be the number one...and I won't change my mind about him! To me hé is a way overhyped right now. It is way more fun to look players like Monfils, Arnaldi or Cobolli then boring Sinner.

The title to the video is absolutely ridiculous! Djokovic is almost 37 years old now and he still has a better h2h than carlos. If you claim to know anything about tennis, you will know that NO ONE, literally no one can match prime djokovic! Alcaraz is good, but he's not even close to what djokovic was at his best! Only prime fed or prime nadal could come close. Don't compare carlos with the greatness of Djokovic, it's insulting!

@@GrandSlamStats Maybe try using your common sense a little.
Djokovic won his first GS when he was nearly 21. Alcaraz has won 2 GS.
The 1st one at 19 years old and the 2nd one, 2 months after turning 20.
She's seen Alcaraz live in action at the Wimbledon against Joker, and has also seen Joker playing against others live,
