Hi Greg! You & wifey are so cute. I’m a Singaporean currently living in Southern California, just want to thank you for allowing me to live vicariously thru you. Love & miss the food so much!!
You are a bless man to have such a wife and I also like to watch your videos, I missed all the wonderful food in Singapore from UK. Hopefully I hope to go back to visit next year before I get too old to travel back as I am 73years old. Great family, I like your children too as they are also cute. Thanks and God bless.
Great to see you back Greg! We miss you! It has been a while. Nice to see you have a date with wife this time. It warms the heart watching it. I have tried this store the last time when I went back to Singapore last year. I tried the fish head too but could not remember which style I ordered. I thought it was pretty decent. BTW, if you wife are into those grass carp fish heads (松鱼头),do bring her go try those in KL if you happen to visit the area (after the pandemic of course😁). They are prepared slightly differently (steamed with ginger sauce), but I thought is pretty good.
I love your reviews and your wife is great - really knows her food! This makes me actually want to try a steamed fish head! You should definitely do more joint videos.
Been eating this my whole life. The stall has been moving around, especially during the time where the building they’re in now had to close down for renovation for I think 1 or 2 years , so I managed to see it through and through. Glad to see it being promoted, even though that means longer queues in the future haha
As always great video! Really enjoyed watching both of you reviewing, and very informative as well regarding the fish head and how to eat :) Hope to try once I can go to Singapore again!
Salivating over here watching both of you devour that tasty fish dish. Oh, yes please bring on the wifey for cameos. Enticing video so now lots of people will head down to try.
Great video. Now I know this is the original and most popular stall LOL. I just happened to try it with my father few months back for the first time around lunch time on a Saturday. There was no crowd and no waiting. Found it surprisingly nice and price is affordable. Agree with your review, not fishy at all and the fish we had was quite fatty too.
7:20 Greg.. you mean they wont give extra pork lard even if you request?!?? 😩😩😩 Omg.. I actually watched this twice over and I didn’t even know I commented before 😂 really enjoyed the mrs on the show. Suck out the brains 😅
Some people (including me and my mom) ignore song yu, due to me finding it quite muddy for my taste, my mom claims she and her folks heavily ignore it due to being too bony, cafeterias here in my country, serve its steaks fried while the head was cooked in soup.
Gregory, your wife compliments very well in your video and she is fun, cute and most of all very natural and she is such a big food lover. Must have her as your blog partner and definitely like to see her more pairing with you. Extremely loving couple. Kudos.
A few pork lard is ok why not .. we call the lard chicharon in Philippines.. I love to nibble a fish head too .. a big grouper head is always my choice . Nice 👍
I love how you went an extra mile to buy the normal size skin for comparison. If this video is sponsored, they should pay you extra for the marketing idea.
Your wife really is an expert in eating fish & rather adorable, without even trying. She knows her fish - where to get the best bits, fatty parts, etc You two are perfect together. A resounding YES to your wife coming back for future food reviews! Meanwhile, both of you stay safe
What fish are you having? Like the way wifey, what's her name, enjoys fish head like I do...but really need to know the name of the fish..just to recollect when we were back in Singapore...cod? Ang koh lee?
Hi greg. Another good vlogs on food video. Your eife may be the queen of eating half a fish head. I am also good at eating this type of fish head. You should had ordered 2 halves of these fish head. So yummy! As for stall staff being rude to customers. Its not a good thing for any kinds of food business especially in a controlled enviroment by the government of Singapore.
I noticed that there is a partially covered sign by the stall stating "Please tell us.... to serve you better"....what an irony...when Gregory cautioned us that they hav a reputation of being rude. Either nobody has told them or....... Anyway, wifey is a wonderful compliment to your reviews, should encourage her to appear more often...it helps!
@@GregoryLeow GOOD u made us worried covid is scary and u r not young anymore i lose some of my friend due to covid and they r around 45-55 yo stay safe
Your video makes me wana go to try it out today. But after I checked the atrociously poor reviews in Google reviews by many angry disgrunted diners, I have second thoughts about it. Love your videos though, just that diners should also research more on eateries to understand the expected dining experience of each recommended eatery to avoid an upsetting experience.
i patronise chinatown for over ten years ...this stall quite arrogant they dont look in the eye , personally i prefer Anji on the right side, taste as good and humble. From the screen Mr Leow's wife even need to take chopsticks personally. Should not be like this . Rice bowls and chopsticks come together or the staff will offer to take the chopsticks and not troubling her.
I really like how kind your wife was to the tissue seller. Thanks. She is also fun to watch.
It was lovely to meet your wife. Her passion for good food showed. More cameos welcomed.

Yes Greg your wife is very good with describing the food and a nice smile when ever she can make it I think it is a good idea to include her
Great work as always Gregory.
Please get your wife on the show to eat and share review. Nice to have her.
Never mind the fish head, those thick crunchy lard bits and the spicy bean sauce is satisfying enough to go with rice for a meal!
Your wife is a QUEEN in all ways! You're a lucky guy! Love your vlogs!
Love the chemistry between the two of you. Your wife also seems like a down to earth and nice person.

Very cheap especially in a country with a very high GDP PPP.

The staffs at this stall are very rude. All are pulling long faces every time
Wifey needs more input and influence, beyond obvious laaah!
