- Shout out to Professor Elijah (@ednnero) @kaiju_jiujitsu_jax for this technique. This is one of the escapes he shows to get out from underneath someone when they think they have you pinned. It is so much easier to use the legs. However, some of you will say don’t get caught there in the first place. 😁 But if you do, try this.

As a 240 pound white belt, I will now use this on everybody in my gym. Escapes have been tough to learn since I started, but with this I can use my explosiveness from football to my advantage.
Yes sir! It is very useful, as swinging the legs help create the space that gives me the ability to post my leg and push and pull him over with my arms My leg is doing more than my arms.
This is Derrick Lewis’s “Just get up!” mentality 💪🏼💪🏽💪🏿 #beastMode
💪🏼💪🏽💪🏿 Yes sir! When I was younger, I could just sit up. I miss those days.🤣
Went from a bad position to a good position 🤙🏻 OSS!! Big man jiujitsu is still jiujitsu. Don’t hate me cause ya ain’t me 😂🤣🤣

@@mouthguardcomic …….Im a black belt. 14 years. Try again 🤣
@@marketopen3577 😂You are not acting one, trolling on the internet. Try again and go train! Is this what you represent to those who look up to you? Sheesh!
I’m not trolling, it’s obvious you muscled it because you struggled with it. I’m simply stating my observation.
@@marketopen3577 Actually, I did not struggle with it. Swinging my legs from side to side provided the space I needed to turn my hips, turn to my side and use my foot to push off. My arms barely felt it. When in no gi, I just hug the back and push with the arm closest to his body, but him flying in the air came from leg power.- You can't see from the video, but there was a toddler in the way of his projected fall so I pulled back so he would not fly further. - Trust me, I am not strong enough to bench press him off of me while he is pressing down, let alone toss him as far as he went. It was all from the mechanics of the swinging of legs, pushing off with my leg and twisting my body. - We all have attributes (strength, flexibility, speed, etc.,).There would not be anything wrong with using strength. We say nothing when bendy guys place their feet in our faces just as we think we have passed their guards. We don't say, "That was all flexibility, man. All flexibility." Nor do we say to the guy that always beats us in the scrambles, "Man, that was all speed. You are using all your speed."- Does that make sense in any way? - I also studied Judo and it is a huge part of my game. My understanding of body mechanics also play a role in the technique.
This is not jiujitsu!
🤣😂😅 Go train!
