Dr Fung is a great Doctor. He deserves Noble prize.
Amrita Bonthu yes he is amazing! Thanks for watching!
I just bought Dr Jason fungs book and started fasting. Im doing 16/8 and feel great and i do not get hungry. Thanks to Dr Fung. I started on a low diet calorie at first and i was always hungry with fasting it is gone now. Thanks again, i am down 24 pounds!!
Dexter Morgan, 16-hour fasting, 8 hours between the first and last meal of the day.
This is great! Congratulations!
apparently in med school they train you to become a big pharma agent
Dr Fung is amazing. The most underrated RUclips blogger in the world. I just bought Dr Fungs book The Obesity Code. I can not put it down. It's jaw dropping and extremely easy to understand. Thank you for having him on your show.
Dr. Jason Fung is so easy to understand and so enjoyable to listen to!
I've been Omad for 6 weeks. It's easy and I feel fantastic. My window of eating is about 1 hour daily and occasionally I do a 48 hr fast. Loving life.
What have been your results?
I love Dr Fung he brings everything down to earth. Don't sweat the small stuff just don't eat. Live off the 100 Lbs ya carrying around. Do the diet that works for you. I could go on with all his tid bids he gave us. Finally a Doctor bringing it home down to earth. I buy his books because he wrote it! Don't sweat the small stuff just don't eat for a while. Love it!!! Brings me back to the Paul Braggs 📚 " The Miracle Of Fasting"
wish more people would listen to Dr Jung
Dr Fung is changing the world! Amazing
In an alternate universe this man is receiving the Nobel Prize
I love Dr Fung and his scientific/logical approach. Thank you so much for this interview!
Little Britches sex?
I love Dr Jason Fung.
I do 18/6 and feel this is workable for me. I discovered Dr. Fung because I was diagnosed with T2D in May of 2018 and I started looking for YT videos dealing with diabetes. Of course, Dr. Fung videos showed up and his ideas were so compelling I started fasting and I am off any medications. I will stay on this for the rest of my life. I an 5'7", 155 lbs, at 68 yrs. I recommend this discipline to everyone even if they don't have a metabolic disorder. A side benefit is a lower food bill each month.
Didn't you experience hypoglycemia episodes?
@@redouanekassa9453 - when I was diagnosed I was put on metformin and I remained on metformin for three months. The metformin caused loss of appetite and by August I had lost 20 lbs. I mentionned the rapid weight loss to my doctor and he gave me a different medication. The rapid weight loss appeared to have stabilized my A1C and by the beginning of September he decided, based on my blood work to stop medications. It was in autumn that I started IF. I never experienced hypoglycaemic episodes subsequent to all this though I did experience hypoglycaemia prior to my diagnosis.🙂
@@Damremont18 thank you for your kind reply. I thing it is different for me, I lost 40 lb in the months prior to diagnosis (went from 220 to 180 lb for 5.8". Metformin doesn't lower my hapetite, and below 0.7g/l blood sugar I feel very bad and almost fall down. If I could avoid hypoglycemia, I would fast but unfortunately I couldn't. I may be missing something but I keep look for a solution that would allow me fast.
Agree with you on this. I do fasting too 18/4 and low carb high fat diet. Sometime I do 20/4 fasting and it's amazing! I will eat this way for the rest of my life too!
Ole Dr Fung is a rock star.
Ive been fasting for about 20 months now (22/2)... and regarding the sleep you mention... i now sleep a good 6 hours and wake up by myself, no alarms, etc... i used to sleep 8 hours
Every human being should listen to this and understand and must follow these to live a healthy life and to reverse diseases as soon as possible as Dr Fung said lastly in this video ... To treat on time until it is too late to treat like amputation kidney disease etc.
Am thankful I hv came across his videos a month ago and following IF and trying to improve low carb intake day by day....Wish all Good Health
This is one of my favorite videos with Jason Fung. Very clear overall discussion of ideas. Thanks, Daniel. George
Thanks for the great interview Daniel. I got some great stuff from Dr Fung in his usual fast flowing delivery style.
Oh wow I cant wait for Dr. Jason Fung's next book! Im excited, have both of his other books, and have learned so much!
This isn’t live, but I love it
I am 63 years old.
Been fasting all summer.
Two years ago went fro 245 to 220 lbs.
but couldn’t get any further. Try as I might.
Started fasting in the spring by fall I went from 220 lbs to 189 last night.
Been able to stop taking Omerporazemal ( losic )
Combined with breathing meditation dropped BP by 10% or more.
It was live, you just watched it years later. Haha
Doctor Fung you are an amazing man ! God bless you!,
Dr is a Hero
I have ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, dyslexia, aphasia and dyscalculia. I was born and raised on a dairy farm and we ate 2x a day. We did barn chores which by default include daily aerobic and anaerobic exercise. I did not get special help in school. I have a bachelor degree and graduated summa cum laude. Since then I had adopted a standard American diet and I felt like crap, gained 130 lbs, tired all the time... I rediscovered intermittent fasting and feel worlds better in the 2 months I've been practicing. I have cut out most sugar, sweeteners (low calorie or otherwise), alcohol and processed carbs. I feel AMAZING! I have clarity that i haven't had sine i was a teenager. Does sugar consumption impact the manifestation of learning disorders? Because of the ADHD I have always been able to drink full caffeine coffee like water, go to bed at night and sleep like a baby. However, I started getting into the sugar (or sugar free) coffee syrups and all of a sudden I can't sleep. I would also drink soda. I think the sugar and sugar free sweeteners just wreck me.
This dude is awesome
One of the best overall videos on the subject! Thank you Daniel and mighty dr. Fung!
Very informative, love the way he explained
I love that Dr.Fung , thanks for sharing ❤️
THANK YOU VERY MUCH DR FUNG I WATCH YOUR VIDEOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OMG we NEED many more Dr. Fungs.. !!!
I love Dr Jason Fung.
Thank you for your knowledge, information and this video.
Great video! Thank you!!!
I love Jason fung
I love Dr Fung
Thank you for this wonderful interview with Dr Fung. It was wonderful how you allowed him to just go with the flow and give his info. I appreciate this a lot :)
Thanks
Ha! Guess that solves the sleepless issue. No more laying in bed for hours. Now I'll just take the energy I'm granted as a boon and get some work done. Nice!
11 lbs down in 4 weeks doing 16:8. Thank you so much Dr. Fung!
I LOVE IF. Even on a calorie deficit, I was never really able to loose fat, and would look more like a Skinny-fat person. I was eating 6 meals a day and getting so frustrated for years. I started IF and my hormones have switched! It's amazing when you can feel the switch happening and your energy levels go sky high. I still take in carbs after my workout and at dinner and my clothes are fitting better and I can see my love handles are disappearing.. such a stubborn area for me. BUT my weight has not changed! I lift weights and also do HIIT three times a week.
Also, Megan Ramos MD RUclips Videos:)
he probably mentions this.... but I think the idea of giving ones body a "multiple-hour" fast ...allows the body to "rest" all the way around...vs. slamming food every time one turns around … just sayin
Thank you Dr.Fung. My A1C is 5.2 today. It was prediabetes last year. I haven't lost weight right now but I'm eating to clean my liver next.
I've watched many of his Dr. Fung's interviews and this is the best explanation as to why, even if someone restricts calories by eating only 800-1000 calories in your eating window, it is not the same thing as being calorie restricted while eating a little bit less throughout the day.
@@hairgel5 Of course how much you eat has some effect on your weight, but Dr. Fung always says don't focus on calories. Intermittent fast and eat healthy food until you're satieted. Your body will let you know how much to eat by being satisfied or still hungry. I eat one meal a day and sometimes it's 1000 calories but usually it's 2400+ and I've lost a lot of weight and kept it off for two years without counting calories or being strict about what I eat (6 foot 34yo male 165lbs down from 212). Fasting is about insulin regulation, not quantity of food. Calorie restriction ruins your metabolism and does nothing to help insulin sensitivity. Just fast and DON'T WORRY ABOUT CALORIES.
Great interview! Very informative!
I am 71 ,woman, on no medication, doing IM, feel great, can I safely do these longer extended fast, an will my muscles rebuild...I am about 150 lbs. ov erweight, have lost 50lbs on keto in last year....TY for your words of wisdom....
A great Doctor
Dr Bernstein is a great Doctor to.
What it lacked in production values, it made up for in great information! Well done.
Very informative
In Ancient times they had to walk around everywhere, and their food was not easy to come by. It's not like they could stop at McDonald's, and tie up their donkey, lol. Now all of a sudden the human body will die if we don't eat. Lol. It's really a great, liberating way of life. Thanks, Dr. Fung.
In the past people eat less and are very active and always moving unlike today. Today we over consumed sugar and high carbs daily.
I find it very interesting how some people appear to believe that (intermittent) fasting is not for women. While this may be true for pregnant and breastfeeding women, I don't see why everybody else shouldn't give it a try (after all, you can stop any time you like if it doesn't suit you, right?). I've been doing LCHF, combined with intermittent fasting (one meal a day with a four-hour eating window) for three years now. It's great! Never felt better!
agreed. And I'm well on in my 60's and have even been able to eliminate one drug and reduce the other -- long term.
I have PCOS, skipping a menstrual cycle can literally mess me up for a couple years because once it goes away I have no idea how long it will be gone for and with it comes hair fall, acne, inability to lose weight regaurdless of diet and so on SO I was SO SCARED to try intermittent fasting because of it's possible affect on my hormones, however aside from it messing with one cycle, delaying it only about 2 weeks, I've been regular and losing weight and I've been doing this about a year (on/off) I can absolutely see why a woman would be scared to try it but it's worth it if you find out that it works! I really enjoy eating this way, I don't even cut carbs but many prefer to.
If I start dying, I'll make sure and let everyone know, lol.
Absolutely!
Anima Libera i‘m a woman and i fast. As women naturally carry more fat than men, it should be just as easy for them to fast as men, also bearing in mind that women are less biologically dispensable than men, so their survival is more important. It would be illogical that nature has designed men to withstand periods of famine but not women.
Watching from the philipines
Great, so I can have my BPC without second guessing and it'll prolong my fast. Win win!
thanks Doc Jason Fung for the improvement of my illnrss from the phils.
Have to do a fast again..
I've added j Fong to the likes of greger, esselstyn, MacDougall in understanding how important nutrition is on our health.
Daniel, i love to listen to Jason. I have struggled with diabetes for about 20 years. Im 64 yrs old and i dont need to loose weight, i only weigh 135 or so. The fasting seem to be to also loose weight. How can i do this, so i can stop taking medications and dont loose weight.
Thanks! Most People are more concerned about what we put in our cars gas tanks than what food we put in our bodies.
I see people a lot who park their car and get out to smoke a cigarette because they don’t want their car to smell bad.
Lungs ? No worries !!!!!
I love you dr Fung I am a vegetarian and herbalist 30 yrs.
I'm 45. My BMI is about 20 and it's never been above 22 my entire life. I workout/cardio 4-5 times a week. Blood results are almost all good except SGPT/SGOT is slightly high. Turned out that I have fatty liver, for 5 year now. My doctor give me Vytorin 10 mg/day. But it doesn't seem to work. Today I'm starting 16/8 IF. Plan to skip breakfast whenever I can. We'll see if it work for me.
During the time of fast fat releases from liver
Keep going. Get that liver clean.
Make sure you fast clean! This will really help.
Almost 35 kg above, this is great information! I am always having breakfast and most of the times I don't even feel hungry.
I fasted back about a month ago for 3 days, just intuitively, and only reason i broke the fast was cause i thought maybe something bad was going to happen, but i didnt feel hungry and began my journey on low carb, low fat diet but still fast once a week. I am going to try the veto diet where its low carb, and good fats (cheese, olive oil, avocados, butter) I understand that weight gain is hormonal
de pe why would u want to do a low fat diet?
@@docharris6608 I was trying to lose weight, i have increased my fat intake now. Was i wrong in doing that? I have heard that the calorie in calorie out thinking is not true, I am trying different things
I had gastric bypass 10 yrs ago. I never lost all the weight, plus type 2 diabetic. I personally keep the insulin low. My new doc wants to up the dosage. I said no. I have decided to fast. Eat 1 meal keto no carbs. I have tried every diet nothing works. My question is Actos. That was my 1st diabetic med. Should I drop that. I'm 70. I'd like to make me like healthy.
What is your opinion on dry fasting- say, compared to water fasting, or with respect to autophagy ? Thank you for the time and effort put into learning and sharing this valuable information. I am blessed by it! God bless you both!
boncoon try not to dry fast for more than 24 hrs. Your body needs water and pink Himalayan salt.
He doesn’t recommend it. Particularly if one is obese or medicated.
Dr fung you study about diabetes is correct .
I have followed your instructions and my sugar level went to 12.75 to 5.2 fasting and after meal is 5.2
I am so happy .
Thank you dr fung
Hi Muhammad, can you please share the instruction? And didn't you experience hypoglycemia while fasting? Myself I cannot fast more than 8 hours, otherwise i
I suffer hypoglycemia. Thank you
What do you recommend for a person who has CDK in stage 4? Plus high blood pressure
I did a four day water fast and didn’t experience mental clarity, sadly. I didn’t feel bad, just tired and listless and the day seemed very long. I couldn’t wait to go to bed! Maybe next time will be better. But for the time being i‘ll stick to 36 hour fasts. I‘d be interested in a vid on dry fasting.
Keep your electrolytes up?
I did two day fasting and it was amazing!!! I got great clarity and has so much energy. Do it correctly helps.
Thank you for your educative and motivational pieces of advice. I want to bring my concern to your attention. In trying to cut down on high carbs, I resorted to eating more of tomato, cucumber, onion, green vegetable mixed with peanuts and tuna fish; twice a day skipping breakfast; yet I do not see myself loosing weight? What do I do?
Pastors Julius-Genevieve Ahaneku-Ifeanyichukwu Start doing 24hr, 48hr and 72hr fasts. Start with multiple 24hr fasts and work up to longer fasts as you feel like you can go for longer periods of time. The weight can only go in two directions, on you and off you. The weight WILL come off.
Pastors Julius-Genevieve Ahaneku-Ifeanyichukwu y
Really is that all you really eat everyday? What are you also consuming in addition to the foods? What do you do to stay active daily? It's going to take time to loss weight it's not gonna happen overnight. It took me 6 full weeks to loss 50+ pounds.
Just started intermittent fasting after almost 3 months of low carb. My weight loss had stalled plus my blood sugar numbers were at about 120 in the morning. Immediately lost 2 pounds and an inch and a half on my waist and numbers were under 100 upon waking. Now I feel so stuffed after eating and will probably have to eat even less. I only eat 2 meals a day. Is this normal?
Hey Davis, I've been keto and IF for 6 weeks after a week I moved to one meal a day for 2 reasons one for the extra health benefits and two because I just don't get hungry and can't be bothered making an extra meal. I'm only on about a thousand cals a day but have a lot of weight to lose so it doesn't worry me. I'm 38lbs down in 42 days.
Can we have keto protein?
How about Mct oil and potatoe starch, will that help or hurt?
Vikki Mojica mct helps for energy. Potato starch I don’t think it’s part of this diet or woe.
Could fasting and a low carb diet heal/improve my thyroid? I am taking 50mcg of levothyroxine Sodium each morning. I am 45 pounds overweight and 54years.
Do Syurya Kriya at Isha institute in TN
ok there was a problem with comments and he was looking at the screen. My bad. Sorry
I remember in India they'd feed school children just enough in the morning so they can be alert during the day and heavier on return by 4-5 pm
Fung
Hi dr , how can I meet u?
when we fast we burn fat for energy, so when we break our fast and eat, what happened to the food that we ate?
When we eat food gives nutrient n energy to our body and some energy stored as fat....after feedin the cells i.e when cells are full or even when there is insulin resistance ...insulin store the food energy as fat in our liver and other parts in body
I was diagnosed in 2009 with type 2 brittle diabetes and was put on medformin 2000 mg/ day and got worse then was put on Tejoe 85 units and Jardiance 25 mg / day . I’ve continually got worse and have other severe chronic conditions and now I’m on 165 units of tejoe 2000 mg of medformin and feel that I’m continually getting worse. How much would I reduce my insulin if I started fasting . I just keep getting heavier and more obese
Probably would want to talk to a good doctor about that.
de pe just not the one that gave his all of that nonsense.
T2D does not need insulin cuz your has plenty of insulin already. To loss weight you need to fast, eat better foods, and don't eat too much meals in a day. I do fasting 18/4 and low carb high fat diet. Loss 50+ pounds in 6 weeks! Loss weight, lower my A1C and glucose results! I avoid high carbs, sugar, bread, rice, corn, and process foods.
Contemplating doing my first 5 day fast. Currently I intermittently fast between 7 pm to 1 pm. Should I continue my standard exercise regimen?
michele greene no, take a break from working out on a longer term fast. The idea is for the body to use energy to clean and repair, not workouts. You will make it much harder by stimulating demand for sugar and increasing appetite while simultaneously increasing the chance of injury working out with no nutrition
Why do some of the”experts “ say nothing but water on a water fast of any length and some say black coffee and tea will not break your fast and you will still get all the benefits ie Autoghogy ,stem cell growth ,
Eight loss. Is this true?
Sherry Isaacson yes differing opinions. Seems water fasting or modified fasting both bring autophagy benefits. I now fast with mct and ketones to boost my ketone levels while fasting.
Is it OK to add cinnamon to my water during the fast? I add 1tbs of honey to 6L of cinnamon water, tgen add more water during tge day, without anything else. Yes i drink it all, day and night. I love, love cinnamon with my water, to the point, that, when I break my fast after 15 or 16 hours, I rake a bite, then all I want is drink my delicious water.
Thank you so much for your very valuable information, so very helpful.
I don’t know the answer but I believe a little cinnamon sounds negligible. The bigger issue is the honey which is pure sugar, but 1tbsp per 6L doesn’t sound like much at all! I think whatever keeps you fasting - my thing is coffee with a small amount of full cream. Whatever works 👍
Agree that the honey is going to raise your insulin each time you drink so you are not going to get it low enough to be in a fasted state.
Ye tk ngerteh broder.
At what point should medication for blood sugar be stopped
Your dr will advise you and ask the right questions always helps
This low carb diet and intermittent fasting will reverse diabetic neuropathy due to uncontrolled diabetic. Plz reply.
jeeba arun eventually to a certain point. Works differently for everyone, timewise. It helps a lot. It has helped Merlot.
Hi, I suffer type 2 diabetes and can hardely fast 8 hours, after which I start experiencing hypoglycemia. Can someone with type 2 diabetes share his experience? Thank you
Redouane Kassa:Take early dinner n sleep early.... N try delay ur break fast as late as possible take water or black coffee it will help you... U have to tappar ur medicine because ur diabetes is already low so taking medicine is going to make u hiperglucomia(low glucose level)
@@ranjannag6378 thank you very much Sir. I am a big fan of you and your intellectual stream!
I'm T2D. I've fasted 2 days and it's great!!! I do low carb high fat and fasting 18/4 daily for the past 4 months. Loss weight, lower my glucose, and lower my A1C results. My meds are being cut. I avoid high carbs, rice, whole grains, bread, corn, sugar, seed fats, process foods, and juice/ soda. It sounds hard to fast but it's really easy just keep busy and be focus. Good luck!!!
That happens to everyone lol blood sugar gets LOW
I used to shake, sweat, and got very weak when I didn't have carbs. That wasn't until I quit eating carbs. I went to my doctortor and asked how I could get off my meds, and she gave me a way. The first few days of not having carbs were hell. But, I told myself if I could quit for one day, that I could quit forever. Just like when I quit smoking in 95. I have been keto for 18 months and feel great. I have lost 82 lbs by eating OMAD and fasting. I just started carnivore in December, and so far, I'm still feeling great. Get with your doctor and make a plan. You got this!
Doktor Fung, you are awsome!!! BUTplease, help me! My sugars are still high, though I fast almost every day!!!!
Exercise ?
Walking
Drink tons of water
You can fast all you want but you need to watch what your eating. Cut high carbs bc it turns to sugar. Everytime you eat, test your glucose to see what foods makes it spike high so you can reduce or cut it off your diet. I watch what I eat and I avoid processed foods. I don't eat bread, soda, juice, sweet fruits, and fry foods!!! I fast 18/4 and do low carb high fat diets. It works great for me. Good luck!
@@disnalee THANK YOU SOOO MUCH!!! I REALLY APPRECIATE IT !!!
You can fast everyday but you need to watch what you eat or drink bc that can make a big difference.
How about ulcer, don’t l get ulcer when in 16or24 hrs.fasting
Ella Malabute no, you don't, unless you are popping ibuprofen. Where did you get this ridiculous idea?
That is an old wives tale and not at all rooted in science. Ulcers in the stomach are caused by BACTERIAL INFECTION.
I fast 18/4 has no problem. Also did 2 day fasting and it's amazing!!!

Is if safe to do intermittent fasting while taking medication?
Should consult with doctor while taking medication like bp or diabetes or others
But fasting heals our body
What do you do when your doc does not support fasting
dont listen to them. I dunno your medical.condition but I was diagnose with diabetes not long ago. my doc advised me to take some drugs. I refused and choose fasting. now my fasting glucose is almost normal.
Always get a second opinion... never hurts.
Get a new doctor.
I wonder is gluconeogenesis is demand only or automatic of you eat too much protein. He doesn't really speak much on this part.
What happens to the bowels when doing a long fast? Should a person have oat bran or something?
@@alphaharper8083 good question! Bowel movements are triggered by eating so I know fasting can cause constipation.
Same thing Brad Pilon is saying
How long after waking up is a good time to have breakfast?
Minimum after 4 hrs is good
Natty R try to skip it go for lunch. Or have breakfast and lunch and miss supper.
I skip breakfast everyday and have lunch at 12 noon
*SKIP BREAKFAST*
I don't do breakfast! Eat less is better for me healthwise. If I eat breakfast that means no lunch and possible no dinner too.
I have been fasting but it has created a sugar binge eating cycle... What do I do?!
Water fasting? Duration? What do you eat when you are not fasting?
Ask yourself, "Do I need sugar to survive??? " Be honest with yourself and proceed.
If you don't have health problems it may not hurt your body badly with your sugar bingy. I quit sugar once I found out what it does to my body and health in the long term, it doesn't look bright. It's your choice no one can tell you what to put in your body but you alone. Do what you think is best for you not what someone says. Good luck!
How long can I don’t eat in a days ...?
If u are fat a lot of days
If u are skinny less days.
There is a guy on RUclips who was very very fat.
He didn’t eat for over one year!!!!
I did it for 2 days without any foods only water, tea, and cooffee and it was easy. Love it!

Cindy Rivera for me... keto diet does not allow me to sleep. I have tried it several times and I get insomnia every time. I do Intermittent fasting and love it. Have found that adding carbs to my dinner has allowed me to sleep a lot better. Try that.
Cindy Rivera try adding 2 teaspoons of Braggs apple cider vinegar in the water you drink. It has totally changed Keto/fasting for me. I still have the higher energy daily, but am sleeping better than ever.
Try just eating / drinking fruits. Watch Dr Robert Morse.
Jovana Johnson sex?
and the obvious.... one is NOT gushing insulin all day long
I watch and avoid high carbs!!!
in most medical practices, money trumps (pun) making people healthier.
It's not about calories, it's all about hormones? Well, it's about both factors.
The hormonal effect of insulin in the body is more powerful than the caloric one.
Your weight gain or loss depends on the insulin response of the food you eat.
As you probably know, 200 calories of celeri has nothing to do with 200 calories of cookies.
That's why ,you have to keep in check the food that do not increase your insulin level.
Fasting enables you to avoid increasing or producing insulin several times a day
the thing is there is no "caloric cycle"
if u eat the same calories in spinich as you would in a dozen donuts, your caloric intake would be the same but how your body interpret those calories is completely different.
Dr.Fung's right. Caloric intake is a thermodynamic term implemented by physicists and not by physicians.
it makes very little sense in a nutritional sense.
1000 calories of donuts triggers different hormones in the body than 1000 calories of spinich.
Dr.Fung gives a great analogy in another video:if you eat 1lb of food, do you weight 1lb more? no clearly you dont. it depends on what food you eat and how you eat it.
calories is a byproduct of the food we eat. it's just a measure of the energy we intake but that's a very small part of the whole picture. you can't address your nutrition by measuring calories. its about food, what hormones which food triggers.
Greg Richardson Hi Greg. I do a 4 hour window and fast 20 hours. One month in and I’ve been eating loads of crap in my window. I’ve lost weight 3 out if 4 weeks. The interesting thing is I’m starting to not want to get the crappy stuff. This week I’m eating a better mix. So we’ll see how it goes.

You act like you've never seen an Asian person before. This is normal.
what is the difference between anorexia and fasting
john henry 200 pounds difference :)
Said Ufuk l
john henry anorexic people do not want to eat ever so they barely eat every day, never being satiated and restricting everything always beyond a normal weight/body fat % causing the body to starve and be depleted of nutrition. They feel fat when they are emaciated. Anorexics keep losing weight beyond what is normal. They have a different motive and their "not eating" is a symptom of the mental disorder, it doesn't cause you to become an anorexic. Intermittant Fasting you are eating at a timed window frame fulfilling calorie needs, feeling full and satiated.
