Put the phone in a bag of rice for a week, then see if it takes a charge. It works for Dallas, he plucks a lot of phones from the water and revives them :)
It’s currently sitting in some rice at home. I’m thinking it’s done for unfortunately because it’s starting to swell around where the battery is
Great video bro 👍 seems like the farther into the water you go the better the finds, not knowing the dates on the person's card, I'd say that phone has been buried under the sand for at least a few years!
Yea far out is where most of the good stuff is, at least until storm season. Then it’ll all get pushed on shore. I didn’t even think to look at the date on the card 😂 but yea that’s an iPhone 8 I think, so it had to be there for a while!

This is more the magnet fishing but some times I have seen Fisher and others get big magnetic rocks and they just throw them away but I watched a show there crooks or even people wanting to hind things hide them in a big rock. So if you find a big magnetic rock, try to break it open. There might be jewelry or coins inside 🙂

I detected the beach around the Santa Cruz Casino and amusement park...I found lots of pull tabs, bottle caps and, junk., I saw that I had lots of company detector hunters.... Right time is the only time to be detecting...

Great video yet again! It’s so weird to hear you say you have to go to work. I just always assumed you lived on the beach and metal detected 24/7! It’s so easy to forget that RUclipsrs are regular people and do regular people things like work!
Hahaha that would be a dream come true! I still have a full time job at Costco. But hopefully soon I’ll be able to go to part time so I can have more time to make videos for everyone 🤞

I think you’re right, it looks just like the one on my kitchen sink. The legend does that too. Big deep items sound like small shallow items sometimes

Yes just regular pvc from ace hardware lol. That scoop eventually broke but it was a good run 😂
Awesome 1st find! First ring looked old (maybe foreign made?). Could be gold (or heavily gold plated) made@ a time/place where pieces weren't stamped. Just a thought. You were wearing different kicks today.

hey man! hopefully you see this comment, what metal detector do you have? Also, have you had any issues with law enforcement in metal detecting in parks , beaches and etc
I use the Nokta Legend. I’ve been told I need a permit at a park I was hunting in Oakland. But that’s only because it was a regional park. And one city worker told me “digging is highly discouraged” but I just left because I didn’t want to deal with it. Beaches have been all good so far 🤞

I went and got me a sub from Jersey Mike’s last week. I came out the door and I went left instead of straight for some unknown reason. My car was straight and a little to the right out in the parking lot. But I saw what I thought was trash on the sidewalk and I found what I thought was a twenty dollar bill 💵. I looked for the owner but no one was around. I got in my car and unfolded the twenty dollar bill and there was another twenty dollar bill with it.
But I just stuck it in my pocket and I forgot about it.
So yesterday I went to the store and I got my wallet out of my pocket and the twenties dropped to the floor inside the store. But I saw it and I quickly picked it back up and put them in my wallet.
It was almost easy come easy go.
I hate carrying a purse 👜 because I always carry too much stuff and it kept putting my back out.
