Thank you for sharing this :) Could you share a list of the ones you'd download? Because they still cost money to download I believe. Also, is there a way to get the 3D models of Forgeworld somehow?
Ofcause! You Can find the most of the minis stl files here www.lostkingdomminiatures.com/es/ Then there also are a few (infantry models i used) on myminifactory from raventwin miniatures 😊. I dont Think its possible from forge World unless you scan their models or take other people that scan Them for you, But thats illegal because of copy right :p
Nice project, I actually have the exact same project in the works and all the models are from Lost Kingdom as well haha. With gluing the models I agree with you and I use gorilla gel super glue, I think it works way better since it does not run everywhere and its bond time is shorter. When I was using cheaper super glue sometimes it would just seem like holding it for 5 mins and still no bond.
Haha awesome! Would love to see that also nate ^^ i Will prob not get mine painted up the next many months cause i have alot of projects atm! Im afraid. Ahh thanks for the tip! Ill try to get some gorilla gel super then. Because atm. Im just like using paint bottles to hold the miniatures hands etc 😅
To make gluing easier use a high quality suoer glue like Loctiite and also get the one thats the gel style as well for more dificult models with gaps, it fills in and makes a more solid connection.. as another said an activator spray will mobe it along in seconds but i hate the smell and its a little messy but definitely effective
hey mate! sounds really awesome, do you have a link to some activator? cause i tried looking it up :P abit confused which i should go for. thanks for the advice!
Agreed But i Think they maybe there is. We often just have a really specific way we want orcs In the Warhammer univers to look 😅 and the once we Can print often more look like the orcs from wOrld of Warcraft or so :)!
army looks sick, and i saw your empire vid, looks epic also! love it. With the resin, when I first got into printing, I was using the same resin on my anycubic printer, which is very similar to your printer, Anyway that resin is very brittle and I always accidentally broke pieces off miniatures, even thick ones and ones like in the highlands miniatures empire proxies files which are really good files and prints. I still use that same resin, but what I do now is mix a little Sirayatech Blu, and a little Siraya tech Fast into and empty bottle with it, So I roughly (I dont bother accurately measuring it) I take a 500ml empty resin bottle, put about 350ml of the anycubic basic, (because its cheap) and then maybe 80ml of the Blu and the rest with Sirayatech Fast. Honestly the prints come out 100x better and stronger and I havn't broken one since. The Sirayatech Fast on its own is awesome too, as its stronger and a little flexier but it is more expensive at nearly double the cost (for me in Australia) of the Basic from Anycubic. Most people mix a basic resin with Sirayatechs Tenacious Resin, which sounds amazing, but I often cant get it due to stock or price here in AU. All the best!
I completely get that :) it sucks when you get a bunch of fails. I'm loving your videos btw, a lot of inspiration for my own armies id like to someday get a good start on, just been practicing my painting on different models so far and testing out different paints before I commit to a whole army, I'm not quite there with painting skills yet. but improving slowly! I found another neat trick the other day for helping with gluing resin models together, I've found you can get superglue with activator, there is usually a glue and spray can kit but i found one fairly cheap at our local hardware that has normal super glue, and then the activator comes in a felt tip stlye pen that you rub on the mating surface and then it sets the glue within a couple seconds, its very neat, this is from a brand called Loctite, Superglue and Activator.@@NordicMiniaturePainting
Would love to see a video of you painting this army up, I'm curious to see what they would look like fully painted.
Thanks so much for the comment lawrence! At some point Ill paint em up 😅 But i Think for now they are added to my pile of Grey for the time being 😊😊
Lost Kingdom and Titan Forge made the best Chaos Dwarves miniatures I ever saw!

Those minis look sick! Excellent video You've got my sub and like 👍
Thanks alot man!
Nice very Nice
Ty mate!!
Use some superglue activator when gluing them together, glue goes off instantly and is allot easier

Did you print these at 100% or scale down?
Hey :) no i didnt. Not the main grp it was just 100% But the sorcere i have on foot needed to be 88% scaled :)
They are awesome. It's too bad that there seem to be no suitable orc miniatures, other than models from total war.
Agreed
