Awesome demo, victor. 😎🤘🏻🎸 most people don’t like this pedal, but honestly, I liked it. It sounds heavy(despite being labeled as an overdrive pedal). It’s fuzzy but metallic sounding. And I think it’s suitable for metal. It’s an acquired taste for sure, but I think this is a great distortion pedal for playing heavy music.

I think people bascally use it incorrectly, hence the wrong reputation. You've gotta start from a very good, spanking clean sound, like the one you had in the beginning. Then you put a tad, and I mean a TAD of drive, dial back some fizz with the eq, and mix the two sounds with the balance knob, still maintaing the clean as your bread and butter and using the distortion to just add some flavor to your sound. This pedal gave me exactly the sound I was going for, when I used it back in the late 2000s.
Anyway, great sounds, you got! Thums up. ;)

I found this pedal used for 60 bucks. I was a little hesitant but after 15 minutes I got good tones from it. IME is one of the most underrated pedals out there.

Reminds me of the B3K/B7K on full drive. It could be how RUclips compresses the audio but they sound remarkably similar in this video.

Yep, it reminds me too. It has a whole lot more gain, but it's fairly similar.

So the Darkglass was your "amp" right, I just got this pedal and i'm trying to dial it in. I run it through a Hartke LH500 paired with an Eden XLT 4x10 and an Ampeg Classic 1x15, I also use a Tech 21 VT pedal and a Squire Classic Vibe 60's Jazz. I'm looking for a grittier sound as appose to a fuzzy distorion sound and I like some of your settings

Hola Víctor, necesito que me respondas a una duda. Con el pedal apagado pierde potencia el ampli?. Me paso con un pedal que parece que hacia de filtro y perdía chicha el amplificador, también es verdad que el pedal era una basura de beringher

This pedal has ONE sound ... FIZZ. Not fuzz, not growl, not even buzz ... it's fizzy, Even at the lowest gain setting and the lowest OD mix ... all fizz. Amp doesn't matter, bass doesn't matter. So yeah, if you like fizz, best OD on the market.
