Bro legion 2023 i9 has inadequate cooling this year it draws more power, heats up and throttles, just use it in balanced mode with ai option turned off or on according to your liking your temps won't even exceed 80° and GPU at 60

But other laptop cooling vent have on
other places, so cooling effect can be less .

I think it is important to note that cooling pads along with cooling down the laptop also send in a lot of dust from underneath the laptop. So it is necessary to do periodic maintenance of laptop by opening it up and blowing away the dust that might be clogging the vents.
Also, Please look for the placements of your laptop's intake before making a decision
Agreed, I use a small vacuum cleaner every 2 weeks on the cooling pad fans since they collect dust on them

if its a ryzen cpu, use ryzen controller and apply max temp you want
it will how ever affect the performance
I have used cooler master and other big brands and all of them will only work in summer if you have air conditioner. The only best laptop cooler I used till now is KLIM Mistral.
