I am actually eager to see how this needs based policies instead of race based policies that Anwar talked about will work. I don't think we can find enough tech workers needed to meet the upcoming major investments from several global companies recently unless we end or at the very least scale down the NEP policies. I am a Malay who thinks the NEP is not helping the Malays in fact it's hurting not just the Malays but everybody else.
