I have this exact modem for bell fibe gigabit. Absolutely 100% satisfied with the only issue being they raised the price for my internet by $5. I am either very lucky, or OP is extremely unlucky.
I have this problem but outs of 9 devices, which are the Fibe box, three tablets, two smart phones, two laptops and a smart TV, this only effects the laptops. I'va had the agent take me to the Home Hub's homepage and check speeds, update it's software and a technician come in and upgrade the hub and signal transmitter, and I can't do shit on the computer without having to manually shut of and turn back on the connection manually through the system tray, Right now I'm going to have to cut and paste(repost) this comment because the video has just frozen/entered and eternal buffer.
Thats a ip config issue or access.. You have signal from CO but no net access since your profile is not configures properly in the CO network.. You have to call bell for that..
I have a fed light on mine, and it's working fine, go figure. It does drop off the HD part once and awhile. I then need to unplug and plug back in

I just get a red light. I'm on my second modem, still same problem.

What if u don’t have data and ur wifi not working, how would I watch this I have both problems
They must have refurbished this exact unit and sent it to me! I have the exact same issue. How did you resolve this??

My new Bell connection does this 20 times a day. I can't stand Bell, it's the worst internet I have ever had. I can't wait to cancel it.

Won't going to a bell hub 4000 help with your problems?
I have the bell home hub 4000/bell Giga hub and all my services are working great on it. So I have never needed to reboot my modem.

Mine used to do that until I just left it for a few days
