taking inspiration from a mesh from a different project, instead of going into the double crochet from the low berow… the low below… the row below, i went into the hole below, which made it less uniform and almost like a scale pattern! js putting this here for anyone who wants to try 🌝

this pattern was really good the top looked so good on me though when you are doing the mesh rows at the end of the row it was much easier and looked nice to chain 2 and go in the hole instead of the chain 3 you explained it quite well tho thanks 😊

Hey Thank you for the video. I think if you post a picture of what the top looks like from the front and make it as a thumb nail more people would click on the video. I know i was hesitant to click because I was only able to see the back of it.

What's the composition of the yarn, cotton blend?? And what weight??
I used cotton, weight 3 yarn if I’m not mistaken ^^

I used one yarn skien, although I definitely recommend using more!
I can do it with 1.75mm crochet hook?
you can make It with any hook size! just make sure the yarn fits the hook size
How many rows you did for the bottom part was it 12rows and for the the top part is it the same 12 rows ok thanks
the bottom part and top part have the same stitch amount. since i measured it on my body i didn’t count it, i would recommend going off of your own body size :)

correct! for the first row you need to chain your stomach length ( +1 for sc row)

wait so I'm on step one and does the chain need to be long enough to fit over your head and shoulders?
no, you need to chain the width of your stomach. since this top is open-back it's irrelevant if it fits over your shoulders or not because you can put it on like a jacket :)

I used one and It worked out *just* right! but if I had more yarn I would have definitely used it. so I wouldn't recommend it 😅

Hey! Step four is just a double crochet on top of every double crochet and chain from the previous row! Hope that helps xx
