    This is the easiest tutorial I've seen of this so far, it's very easy to follow and doesnt really require any math regarding the measurements. This is awesome, I'm gonna try this immedietly!

    this was my first ever crochet proyect and i must admit it took me months to finish as I got very frustrated for not getting it right at first lol, luckily i persisted and it got easier as i went, also it helped me feel like i had something to look forward to during a hard time so thank you very much for the tutorial! it was easy and very clear :)

    i used a thicker yarn and a 9mm hook. i had a 160 chain and it took me 7 rows to make. although i did alter between double crochet and triple crochet rows. i used a cotton yarn for the sowing to make it easier and a mattress stitch.
    this tutorial was really helpful

    thanks for this tutorial! i recommend using inches or centimeters when talking about length or width, i am using thicker yarn so i have less stitches. this was pretty easy to follow but it might’ve been easier if i knew better how big yours is

    hey, did you make two such parts and sew them together or is it one extended from these two sides on the bust because I don't quite understand?

      you make two panels basically, they have to be exactly the same and you have to keep counting to ensure that when u see them together they’re gonna look good and uniform
      so yeah, two identical panels doing the exact same thing for both of them and then sew them together

    hi! i was wondering if by adding a few rows on top (like how you did on the bottom to have more coverage), will that make the mesh sweater more off shoulder ?

      i'm guessing it would make your neckline rounder? if you'd like a more off the shoulder look i'd recommend leaving a bigger hole for your head when you sew the 2 pieces together so it can sit on your shoulders if that makes sense

    I think I might of stitched too loosely with the second piece because the first and second piece have the same amount of stitches but the second one came out way longer. Is there a way to make it shorter without starting all over again?

      Just make the bigger panel the front and stretch the other one when joining

    Hi there, I started to make this and fell short :/. Didn't think it would take more then one cake to make. I'm using Lion Brand Comfy Cotton 392 yards and fell short about 10-12 rows. Can you say app how many yards this black one that you made was?

      oh, your starting chain might be too tight. Try crocheting it really loose :)

    When you got to the end of the first row did you do the double crochet chain 1 on the last stitch or just a double crochet and then the chain three to start the second row

    this tutorial is nice but my advice to anyone looking to start, check out some other tutorials and then decide which one to follow! there's a few other methods (e.g. here she makes back and front then stitches together, someone else made the body and then the arms and stitched together) also this video is crocheting a black mesh top (albeit, she swaps to green but then swaps back to black) and the camera loses focus at times so it's kinda hard to see. I kinda regret not following another video cous I got confused esp at 7:46 I had to find another video that was clearer. I will say this channel has other cute vids though!

    How long did it take u to do that?? I can’t believe it’s so long!!!! And do you think its a problem if i roll 2 times the yarn around my crochet because I tried many ways and its the only way I found to have square big enough, my yarn is smaller than you and idk why but i never end up with the same piece as the video i watch (im a beginer so if y’all have amy tips id love to!!) btw its a great video but id love more detail or slower exemple :) thanks!!

      this took me about 4 hours to make! you can use 2 strands of yarn but then id suggest a bigger hook so the holes are more visible!! :))

      you can but then the first row won’t have any gaps so it won’t be a mesh stitch :)

    idk if its because im using a 4mm hook but even though i first chained it as long as across my body, the more mesh stitches i did the shorter it got 😭

      maybe your tension is too tight! if you do the chains between the double crochets too tight it could definitely shrink your project. try and crochet a bit looser :)

      I made the first piece and it was good and then i counted the chains to make sure for the second piece but now its too small… so im restarting and im guessing i made it too tight🥲

    The love of god
    I messed up I don’t remember what my foundation row was for the first piece to do my second
    I have 124 open mesh stitches at the end
    Not the foundation chain
    But where I am actually doing my
    Stitches at the top
    The second piece for the foundation chain if I have 124 mesh stitches
    On the first piece would u know what the foundation chain number would be ?
    I am thinking it was 148 but it’s not because I have to go into the 6th chain from hook and chain 3 more please help me
