    Hey everyone! For anyone following the FULLY crochet bust panel instructions:
    place 3 sc into the mesh rows (like the video) if you would like more coverage/need more bust support (recommended for c and up)
    place 2 sc into the mesh rows for average coverage ( recommended for a-c )
    place 1 sc into the mesh rows for a much smaller bust portion - might only work for smaller cup sizes
    Hope that clears it up! Thank you for all the love on this video - I will be continuing to make crochet top tutorials all throughout the summer, just wait till I get finals over with:)

      Sorry to bother you. I decided to do HDC instead of DC because I wanted a smaller mesh. Now my SC for the bust panel is forming a wave patten because 3 SC in the HDC mesh rows is too much. Is this okay? I know it’ll be cinched at the end, so I’m wondering if it really matters. Thanks. :)

      @@devanrachel3085 A little wave is fine, just make sure to follow the directions in the pinned comment so it fits your bust size:)

    Hi, I just finished my back panel and I counted the stitches and they are the same at the bottom and top but the size increased by an inch, (instead of shrinking) is there anything I should fix?

    • @madebycoral
      @madebycoral  Год назад

      I think it should be fine. Just make sure to try on the bust portion before you continue with the lace part to make sure it fits the way you want. If it's too loose, just frog some of the front bust panels to make it smaller.

    Thank you for the wonderful tutorial! I'm in the drawstring part. My question is, how do I add the drawstring if I'm crocheting? How do I insert that drawstring through sing crochets?

      If you watch the tutorial all the way through there’s a section explaining how to make the loops to hold the drawstring:) hope that helps

    • @madebycoral
      @madebycoral  Год назад +1

      Not necessary but I like to add it so the top stays on better (especially as a tube top) ☺️

    Can I use a 4 mm hook instead of a 3.75 mm one? And if I used a different colour for the drawstrings and wave stitch, would I need less than 400 yards of yarn? Is it possible to use a different colour for the wave stitich?

    • @madebycoral
      @madebycoral  Год назад

      4mm is fine. Yes, you will be connecting on a new piece of yarn so using a new color will be easy to do;)
