I always love seeing that Patricia and some of the extras can’t help but laugh in this scene, especially when Ray “fixes” the boom box 😂

It seems that way, but it's really just a result of the fact that Ray's standup act was extremely self-deprecating. His jokes were about all the things that were terrible about his life, so that's what the show became: all the moments when his marriage wasn't working in a funny/interesting way. They don't show you the good times between Raymond and Deb.
I cannot workout due to my physical limitations. But, I really enjoyed watching Ray's jealousy towards Debra's exercise coach. It was such a hilarious 😂 scene for me to watch on a personal level 😊! Go Debra!

Of all the thousands of sitcom shows about a professional doofus who is somehow married to a hot wife - this one is probably the funniest. Although I must say _King of Queens_ is a very close second.
