I used to think as a kid than dogs and cats were capable of talking just trying were super secretive about humans knowing about it. Grew up to discover thats complete impossible nonsense!
When I watched Milo & Otis that messed me up as a kid. Then you find out what really happened to the animals as an adult and it's really chilling and disturbing
The scene that always makes me choke up, especially being a dad of 4 girls is where the little girl is lost and shadow finds her and tells her "no, no. Good dog!" I tell my german shepherd that everyday when we have our father son moment lol
I genuinely appreciate you not showing the entire scene. I can explain the solitary tear from this, but the whole shot would have had me completely tearing up, snotty sobs and all
I remember our third grade teacher allowed us to watch this film (it was G rated). I don't remember any student tearing up when Shadow made it home. That said, I do recall a sniffle from a classmate while watching Fly Away Home.
Yes but for me it was more the scene in Dumbo when he’s being rocked to sleep through the cage bars with her trunk, always reminds me of my mother rocked me in the mornings before goin to a new school after we moved to a new city.
And there's one movie scene I forgot about until seeing it here for the first time since this aired on ABC Family Friday night movie feature 35 years later.
Homeward Bound... still wrecks me every time.
I saw this movie b4
That scene always hits me in the feels
