I freaking love to pay less shoes! I still do I wish they still had stores in my area! As for close my school that I went to I had to wear uniforms lol but was crazy to me as when I went to fifth grade I went to a new school on another side of town and they made fun of my shoes because they weren’t namebrand and I was so clueless like what are you talking about? That’s what I realized all the kids in that school or on that side of town we’re all materialistic because they’re clothes and their shoes and their backpacks and everything were namebrand and I was like what the heck does that even matter in my mind lol I still think that I’m about to be 30 and I still don’t care I get my clothes from Walmart and sometimes target or even Ross in Burlington if it happens to be name brand and then cool but I really don’t care as long as it’s cute lol The only thing that is namebrand is probably my shoes but even at that I still get them super cheap lol Like the newest pair of shoes I have are some crocs. I got online for $30 but that’s because they’re in a kid size lol cause I’m a tiny person.

I remember the dark ages. No cell phones. Very limited internet everywhere and it was very slow. Having a laptop or having internet access was a huge flex.

My kids are your age and yet the magic bottle was around when we were younger too. The doll seemed like a dud but i do recall the one that actually filled a diaper. What about the cupcake girls that the paper made a dress? We took the vanilla one on a flight and it was so awful to me. We had little kiddles that had flower themes in the sixties and those had violet, rose etc.

While everything was more affordable in the 90s, (Taco Bell burritos were actually $.99), what I miss most was seeing bands like Bush, Silverchair, and TOOL for UNDER $50. I hate TicketBastard so much. They've sucked all the joy out of attending concerts.
