Yeah I'm a truck driver and I use the instant pot daily and I just had two small baked potatoes and a can of sardines super healthy really love the instapot we have a larger one and some sort of electric one but I have three stove tops that I constantly use at the house but yeah the instant pot is a great little machine and hey thanks for the vid it was awesome
For some reason the trivet that came with my Instant Pot was not made with the handles. It would be much easier to work with if it did have handles. Oh well, I do love my Instant Pot and use it all the time. It's magic with the large boneless, skinless, frozen chicken breasts I get at Sam's Club. It makes the best beef stew and the best pot roast EVER.
I saw another youtuber oil the potato after pressure cooking them, add oil to the skin and bake them for a few minutes. I'm going to do this in my air fryer.
Yes, I did notice that and didn’t eat those parts. Definitely good advice to cut off the bad parts, esp BEFORE filming a video, lol. Check those spuds, friends!
I don't eat oil....poison to a healthy body. What I do is put them in the fridge after cooking and then after a while when i want them, i. cook them in the air fryer.....something about put them in the fridge takes them to another level.
That Corning were coffee pot is dope! My mother and I use that one for tea
Thank you! I love the stuff and have a ton of it. At some point I’ll do a dedicated video on it. Thanks for watching 🙏
Did this oh my.!!!!!!! The only way I'm doing baked potatoes from now on !
Fantastic! Glad you enjoyed :-)
It is a trivet. The metal thing that goes in the bottom of the pot. I make potatoes at least once a week as well. I love the Instant Pot.
Yes! Trivet: The name that will forever be on the tip of my tongue. Thanks for watching and happy cooking!

The food lifter is called a trivet. My grandma's pressure cooker came with one.
Yes! Could you tell it had escaped my brain when I was filming? Lol. Thanks for putting it back in.

That method sounds tasty, too! Yum 😋
Did you notice the end of two of the potato’s were rotten? I would cut the rot off before cooking it. Don’t mean to be negative..just curious.

It’s called a trivet😊
Matt great recipe but does the video have to be over 11 minutes lol? Mine came out perfectly.
Lol. Thanks for watching and yeah, I’m working on less blab, more action. 😀
Is anyone still using an Instant Pot? I used to use it every day for something, but I can't remember the last time I used it.
I still use mine several times a week, and sometimes several times a day.
I would never think of frying a baked potatoes but they look so so delicious, why not, so take care, stay safe, test negative 🌺🍃🌸🍃🌼🍃🌻🌻👩🏻🦳
Same to you! And yes, that extra step takes them to a whole new level. Cheers!
OMG I did NOT know the thing about the Insta-Pot lid!!!
Right?! It’s so helpful.
@@IWantToCook Now I know what to do with the lid.....it was always in the way after cooking.
Oil? no no put butter on the skin and kosher salt then broil them for a couple min. Bingo!
Where get a shirt like this and thank you for the video
Thank you! I can’t quite remember but maybe Target?
Get on with it man, Jesus.....
Heh, that video was before I learned to pick up the pace. Tnx for hangin’.
