      Love as always the work and effort taken to show us another situation with police in America, but an opportunity to be told the story as fairly, clearly, and needful as possible by Lackluster of course!!
      Second, amongst the many displeasing attitudes, words, and general poor behavior-I find it truly disgusting the name calling, numerous assumptions followed with derogatory words and the unbelievable LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM displayed by our well paid public servants. Such great joy the overweight loud mouthed cop (who just could not pass ANY opportunity to insult the citizen In front of him) but the woman cops choice to use the f-word several times I felt wasn’t even for insult but for degradation absolutely makes my blood boil to the degree I must call on my real Master( God )
      to keep my mind and mouth on good- not such bold degrading and unprofessional behavior.
      We MUST learn to bring this country one by one from sea to shining sea and force much better law enforcement.
      Other countries have done it why have we been so unable?

      I don’t think that her English skills are the thing we should focus on. I’ve met born and raised Americans with a tenuous grasp of the language, but it says nothing about character. This cop was crooked and her actions were abhorrent. That’s what we should focus on

    It seems the female officer is conducting a lawful investigation based on reasonable suspicion which she can articulate based on a commercial establishment calling her department about a customer for which they were concerned. So she had the lawful ability to temporarily detain him to ascertain the facts of the case.
    I honestly can't believe she was so professional for so long until she started cussing at him suddenly and without real escalation by anyone else. When the male officer was escalating things at first she also remained calm but for some reason she suddenly became significantly less professional.

    11:58 - 12:00 is the 2 seconds of this interaction that I love the most, a tiny fraction of genuine civility, care & appreciation from cop to filmer, and filmer to cop - guy to guy, was really nice to hear in the middle of all the rest of the insanity pissin-contest BS that was being thrown around the entire rest of the time.

    He probably did get a little peeved at McDonalds, who wouldn't? He called, they told him to come the next day for refund, then demanded he go back home and bring the food. That was totally unnecessary and ridiculous. Even if if had eaten it, they said to come back with receipt. It's nothing to a corporation that makes billions a year. They gave him refund, but called the cops. Then the worst stupidity ensued. It shows who the cops actually work for and it's not we the people. 🙄

    • @alecb8509
      @alecb8509 2 года назад

      I dont think you understand how franchises work. McDonald's is a billion dollar company but the store is owned by a franchise. The franchise is the one who has to pay the refund. Franchises are responsible for all the costs involved with running the store(labor costs, food costs, royalty fees to corporate). Typically, to generate enough profit to not go bankrupt during slow times, franchise owners need to own multiple stores. The costs involved to own a McD franchise are not cheap. So yeah, McD can afford the refund for wrong orders but they are not the ones who pay.

    If the McDonald's has this man to leave, and when the police arrived the man is outside in the public on the sidewalk then isn't the entire encounter over? If he was asked to leave and he left and there is no trespassing and there is no victim and there is no crime, so why did the police stop him on the sidewalk?

      Yep your right but I've seen a few actual tresspass solicits. There was one where the cops didn't want a guy to film them so he told him to back up and stand in a parking lot, then one cop went in and got the owner to come out and tresspass him. The owner wasn't even aware the man was there and didn't care untill the cops talked to him. Then they started threatening to arrest him.
