SuperRamy21 he does give great advice, but I wish he kind of went over a little more how to make the pullover more of a chest exercise than a back. I’ve heard before it can be either-or, and that for the lat version, go really far down, like stretch intensely, and for chest, don’t go below head. Is there any truth to this? I just wanna be careful with it because I had chest, a rest day, then back, so I don’t want to push through a hard back day with lats that are still burnt from the chest day. Any tips anyone?
@@CenturianEagle youre lats are gonna be recovered from the pullovers, just focus on the chest with mind muscle connection, the lats are always gonna work with pullovers and so is the chest
