The third method is annoying as hell with laces on the inside and the second method might look cool, however it's annoying to loosen up to get your feet in. Just go with the first method people. I noticed the laces are a bit too short to really use the last holes on the top, so don't bother trying. Great shoes though! Some tongues in these shoes have two locations to put laces through, with the highest one being kind of optional. If you forget the laces through the tongue, the tongue will displace in a rather annoying way. So don't forget lacing through the tongue at the one spot.
