Found a few errors after rewatching! Typo for the Bourbon Sour and Old Fashioned is spelled wrong for the Espresso 🙄
Next time you make the sour put all the ingredients in the shaker except the ice and shake. This is callled a dry shake. Then add ice and shake again. This will make the egg white frothier.

I get a lot more aggressive with the bitters. A dash is not a drop. Turn that bitters bottle upside down and give it a good shake to get a dash which is what most recipes call for.
One of the BEST cocktails in my book is a Sazerac which is only slightly more effort than an Old Fashion.
I don’t love a hefty dose of bitters and the maple old fashioned on one dash the bitters went all other the table so I had to clean it up. I then went to a cut. I included the correct recipe amount in the notes! Appreciate you taking the time to comment. I will have to check that one out, Thank you!

101 and Craig small are my go-to dailies for an old fashioned! OF 100 is also great for lots of cocktails. I get a hint of peach from OF 100 that is super in cocktails (OF 100 is also super in a revolver)! :)

I don't have any chocolate bitters on-hand ... but I do have some dark chocolate liqueur
Try it. I also like to add a little creamer or bourbon cream. Makes it even better 😁

Jamie, love ya, but we gotta start shaking those cocktails harder. Especially take the "dry shake" advice on the egg white cocktails to emulsify the egg white and ingredients.
There was more shaking that was cut for timing purposes and amongst other things. Cant stand getting the inappropriate comments so I kept it short and to the point shown here! Thank you!
