Hello Mr David, maybe you could answer me this question:
the video compression on S23 Ultra is HEVC, all the way from 30HD to 30 8K. Is this the problem I have with You Tube and Whats app, this format is not compatible? Everything looks jittery, to not to say unusable!

8K would probably be pretty jittery in mobile apps that do heavy compression I think.
