In the camera app (in photo mode) you can toggle 'shot suggestions' (not sure how it is in English, my phone is in a different language). If you want to take a photo it will put a dot on the screen suggesting a better angle for framing. If you allign your screen with the dot you can check the result and take the shot. Works kinda cool.

And if you want to make the text even smaller throughout the system, you can go into developer options and change the text dpi (just below animation/transition scale settings). Very informative. I like your no-nonsense approach as you move quickly through the different subjects and cover a lot of material. Thanks for sharing this.
Enabling Dev Mode and just changing the animation scale..etc is a great thing to start off with, easy to do for anyone, and instant result, with zero negative impact. Great video too!
This video is actually nuts. It was exactly what I was looking for, and desperately needed! Without it, there's no way I would have found out about all of these features in my new S23 Ultra. I'm coming from a Oneplus 6, so I intend to master this phone and own it for a similarly long time 5+ years.

I do the same with my Vizio Smartcast remote for my TV and soundbar. This way, I have quick access to both remotes, but they only take up real estate when I'm using them. Thank you! They both are great with different pros and cons as well as gradual merging of features. The one thing unique about Android is that there are multiple flavors within the Android camp. Samsung is kind of like a swiss army knife. Google pixel is the most "iPhone" like in their approach to things so it's a bit more restrained and, arguably, tasteful.

somewhere between the S9 and S21 the adaptive brightness got good enough that having the brightness slider easily accessible became a non-issue for most people, thats when it was moved one layer deeper in the quick settings. it's also worth noting many of these features exist at least as far back as the S21 Ultra provided that phone has received the Android 13/OneUI 5 update and some are just really generic android android tweaks.
For the filters, u can press and hold to drag them around to change positions. Also, u can go straight to the full notif shade if u swipe with two fingers instead of one

Fantastic video. However, you missed one really underrated & lesser known S Pen feature. If you hold the S Pen button and tun the tip over any text, you can select and copy paste it, EVEN IF IT'S unselectable native text on applications like Instagram comments or WhatsApp contacts. It's been around since a few generations of the Note too, just don't think enough people are aware of it yet 😅

I miss my S7 Edge. To date, it is the only phone that I ever traded-in for a new phone. I'm thinking I traded it to get money off of the Note8; I think that was it. I've used two phones/lines since 2012 so my other phone in 2016 was the Galaxy Note7. We know how that went. The S7 Edge served me well for over a year. Such a great phone. Now imagine if it had a sd card slot And headphone jack. I am someone who needs em both. Love the note 9 for that reason, has s pen, sd card slot And headphone jack. Best Samsung phone imo.
There's something that you're missing. It's understandable as the s23 has a lot of features. You can drag a notification and you can do 2 things with it: popup mode and split screen. If it's a fresh notification, then a quick flick and it will then become a popup. The sos feature has been in the S series for a long time. One of the best videos i have watched thank you These are great for people like me that have finally switched from iphone to samsung and didn't know the amount of customizations there are Other videos are mostly people blabbering nonnsense while you take the time to explain little details ❤
Before this video I was debating between a Pixel 7 Pro or a S23 Ultra, and I was leaning towards the Pixel. After watching this video I think the S23U is the winner. I'm still using a Pixel 3a XL and I like the Pixel features, but the camera pro features with the S23U is a big deal. I also used to have a OnePlus 5 and like the parallel app feature (2 accounts for 1 app). Samsung also having that feature is great.
Thank you 😊. I'm so tired! It's about 4:30 a.m. however, I wanted to watch ur video 😊! May I make a suggestion? Actually, u might already do this... please consider doing another video for beginners. Make it much slower. Maybe less talking, just slowly show us what to do. 😂☺️ For me, I can't possibly remember anything you suggest because it's way too fast. Next, you move right on to the next one, which kinda sucks because I like the advice 😁 Lynae 🎉 ❤
I think this vid just sold me on the s23. I’ve been on the fence about switching from iPhone. I’ve been with Apple for years. And I love my iPhone, it’s practical and seamless but I’ve gotten bored of it. The 14 pro isn’t enough change for me to upgrade this year, and I’ve been looking at the ultra. I never knew how much you can customize it to make it feel comfortable to the user. This truly is an amazing phone.
This video took me a couple of days to get through, but I thank you for all the hard work you put into making this video and teaching how to use this amazing phone 📱
Thanks very handy video, especially that object eraser tool is a nice feature. The first time back on a Samsung since my last was the Note 10 and now have the S23 Ultra.

Hi Brandon. I don't normally comment on RUclips videos. But thanks a mil for dropping all these gems. You've made my experience with my device so much better. I was struggling with the fingerprint sensor after adding a screenguard, but your tip just solved that problem for me. You just earned yourself a new subscriber. All the way from South Africa.
So glad I could help!
You really did your research. I almost made it to half the video. I will finish because it's informative. Your time is appreciated. ❤
Thank you 🙏
Did he just click baited us. I paid for 23 tips. I got 74 instead.
I really appreciate it 🔥🔥
Clickbaited with too much value!! 🤣🤣
The happiest way and easiest way to learn everything on your S23 ultra.. literally everything you need..thanks man👏👏👏👏👍
50 minute video is wild....but we love to see it 🤣💯
Bro, check the time of the first tip and the last tip. Lol. I was up LATE. I had to take like 3 breaks and I was losing my voice at the end of some of the blocks.
I found MORE TIPS that I wanted to add the next day but had to say no lmao
@@ThisIsTechToday 6 hours is insane man 👀 😂. Respect for all the hard work and burning the midnight oil 🪔
@@BrianGlaze haha, thank you. You can see the date of recording and release, lol. A lot of late nights lately!
@@ThisIsTechToday haha I just noticed the February 14th date as well. 😭😭. This might have just motivated me to make a new video lol
But can you choose the color space?
I've just got my s23 ultra and going from an S7!! there is alot more to figure out, Thanks for helping and nice video.
Great content! Thanks soooo much for the tips! I definitely learned a lot from this video! I can tell you put a lot of effort in putting this together :))
Just upgraded to the s23 ultra today. Everytime I get a new samsung device I watch your vids. Thanks for making such great content.
God bless this man for the amount of work he put into making this video. This helped me alot, thank you
I learned SO much! Thank you!!
Thank you for all these most valuable tips to make the Samsung more friendly user! Great approach you skillfully use to explain the tricks and tips! Highly appreciated, and exactly what I needed as user of my first Samsung mobile phone (S23 Ultra) Wishing you all the best! Stay blessed, sir! Greetings from Sweden! (now subscribing/thumbs up)💯❣👍👍👍
Where I can download the video of the call receive screen ?I really want it!!!
This is why i can't do iPhones. They just let you do things their way, which i vehemently challenge & consider degrading to my intelligence....
One of the best videos i have watched thank you
These are great for people like me that have finally switched from iphone to samsung and didn't know the amount of customizations there are
Other videos are mostly people blabbering nonnsense while you take the time to explain little details ❤
Awesome video!! Ive been using samsungs since the s7 and learned so many new tricks. Thank you for making this video!!
Next, you move right on to the next one, which kinda sucks because I like the advice 😁
Lynae 🎉 ❤
I think this vid just sold me on the s23. I’ve been on the fence about switching from iPhone. I’ve been with Apple for years.
And I love my iPhone, it’s practical and seamless but I’ve gotten bored of it.
The 14 pro isn’t enough change for me to upgrade this year, and I’ve been looking at the ultra.
I never knew how much you can customize it to make it feel comfortable to the user.
This truly is an amazing phone.
Hey, great video, just one question, where can I set the youtube music app to play only audio?
You are insanely talented. There are so many features I never knew samsungs had, and I've had my phone for almost a year now. Thank you for sharing! 😊
Where diď you get the starfield animated background? Great video too ... thanks.
I'm going to have to watch this video SEVERAL times to digest all these great tips. Brilliant!
This video took me a couple of days to get through, but I thank you for all the hard work you put into making this video and teaching how to use this amazing phone 📱
Seriously, 25% into the video and it's the most helpful ever! Amazing. You have made this crazy expensive phone worth the price to me
I've have been running the galaxy since the galaxy 3.. an the stuff your revealing is blowing my mind..
Incredible🎉🎉went from an 8 to an S23 and no way I would have ever found any of this. Thank you!
I just bought a Samsung S23 Ultra phone! I love your video and believe me I was changing as I was watching with you showing 😊😊😊thankyou
I book marked this until I got my s23 ultra. Now I'm back to set it up using your settings 👌
Thanks very handy video, especially that object eraser tool is a nice feature. The first time back on a Samsung since my last was the Note 10 and now have the S23 Ultra.
Huh... what an extensive feature video with steps to configure them. Thanks a Lot mate. You have done an amazoing job.
Love how you describe everything in detail. Thanks! Now if I can remember it all. I'll just watch it again. Some I already know.
After watching this, definitely upgrading from my iPhone 7 Plus to s23ultra. Great video!
Just bougth the s23 ultra. A lot of good info here! Thanks
Amazing video! Used many of these ideas while watching the video and will be going back through again to see what I missed that I'd find useful. Thanks for putting all this together!
Wow! My mind is blown! Have ordered the 23 Ultra, from a S10e, so excited for all these new features and upgrades. Will be using this as my set up guide and get to know my phone vid. Thank you for so much useful info in one place!
