- In this video we get a walkthrough on how to change the bands on your speargun. Good skill to have when sailing around the world... The salty air rots these bands FAST! I keep the spare rubber in the refrigerator.
Big thank you to Nautilus Spearfishing for the demonstration.

The SailTimer Wind Instrument™ is a wireless, solar-powered masthead anemometer. It works with lots of navigation and charting apps. You can raise it from deck level if your boat is in the water, and it has lots of other cool innovations too. 4+ years of spearing and I finally get to replace mine. Thank you for posting!
THAT was worth the price of admission !! SWEET !! 👍
Glad you liked it Bruce.
More interesting than I thought it would be.. Cool stuff.
Ok that was very interesting, always learning
I love the "hi mom" postcard in the intro.
I figured you'd like that. Love you mommy.
Sick editing this is so fun to watch
Great vid!
what also works to cut the bands, is a sharp knife with a wet blade and pressure und the band. look at daniel manns video.
Hey thanks for the video. My fishing gun rubber is different. It has 4 screwing heads. Do they sell them like that?
Yes, you have to buy them pre-made. No worries, just take the rubber with you so you know what size to get.
@@thelastpirate thanks for your prompt response however I'm not in the USA. So I would have to buy the rubbers online. Any URL links. I use 16mm
Not good for a barrel with no slot, better off with 2 loops either side of the band this way you can change out a worn bridle as many times as necessary. 🤙🐟🐟🐟🐟
nice rubbers
why is there always 1 or 2 idiots who dislike the videos? how petty can their lives be? lol

Cant see anything.
