What is the best view you have had in Las Vegas? Not just restaurants
The strip from the strat, looking to the right when ziplining down the linq promenade (you see yourself reflected in the pink windows of the flamingo!), and Josh getting a hand pay at gem bar are my top three 😂
When you are tired it's the view of the bed.
Many, many years ago from the top of the stratosphere. We had a lovely table at Spago last year and for the ambiance it was a grand view.
We do want to get there at some point, just have only been to the Strat once so we forget about it@@lisal77

Howdy guys ! I love Prime . Last time I had an inside table . But last May at Picasso’s next to Prime and at Lago we did get the outside table right at the railing with basically the same amazing view . Glad you enjoyed it . Food is definitely very good . I’ll be staying at Bellagio in a few months so most likely will go to Prime again . 😎😎😎

@@JoshRachael I enjoyed Picasso’s. They have 2 prefix menus with several courses . I also did the wine pairing . Food was excellent. After dinner I had a cocktail at the champagne/caviar bar off the lobby that I’ve always wanted to check out . Not a cheap evening but worth it . Ya only live once 😎😎😎

LOVED THIS VIDEO GUYS. THE BEST SEAT FOR THE BELLAGIO WATER SHOW FOR SURE…. I LOVE THE BELLAGIO BUT CAN’T WIN IN THERE. PLACES TO STAY AND PLACES TO GAMBLE IN LAS VEGAS. I TRAVEL TO LV 8-10 TIMES A YEAR AND A DEGENERATE GAMBLER, I STAY AT MY VERY FAVORITE DOWNTOWN LAS VEGAS HOTEL,THE FOUR QUEENS.
Nice, some friends of ours have started staying at 4 Queens over the past year and really liked how they were treated and the comps they got. Maybe we will have to try it if we stay downtown again

My best view was my room at Planet Hollywood, direct view of Bellagio Fountains and could see up North Strip. Primes on my list to try but not a priority to try since i had Jean Georges at Aria. Still need to try Carvers at Resorts World and both steakhouses at Fontainebleau.
Yes similar food to JG at Aria, room and view are definitely a step up at Prime. So many steakhouses keep popping up, we can't get ahead of them it seems
One of our favorites for sure! Had an outside table once, it was amazing! Love that they have a dress code that they enforce! 😂

I'm so jealous! I always try to sit outside but since I"m usually solo they won't put me out there. I had a reservation for outside last trip, but you have to guarantee you will spend $200+ to sit out there and it was during the cyber-attack so I wasn't sure I could charge to my room and get comped, so I just sat at the bar. Next time you go though, PLEASE get the potatoes Gratin Dauphinois! They are the BEST EVER! Your congratulations dessert looks awesome! Next time I am definitely doing the filet/lobster tail! Congrats again!
That sounds delicious. $200 you can definitely hit pretty easy 😬 at this place it’s spendy, 1-2 drinks a steak a side and dessert would probably get you there and be an awesome meal but I get not doing it if you can’t get it charged to your room

Nice video! Quick question -- is Prime actually that brightly lit now? I haven't been there in over two years, but I remember Prime as having more dim lighting (you know, more romantic).
It is definitely not as dark as a lot of the restaurants out there now, but we only went to the entry way area for the inside shots - I would guess it is a bit darker once you get past the bar area
I am going in April and hoping to get a reservation outside, any suggestions on how?
Never a guarantee but book thru the restaurant website, we always go thru the MGM Rewards website for MgM restaurants like this one. Lots of the Bellagio restaurants have guaranteed patio seating for a minimum spend amount.
I don’t think Prime does so the best you can do is make sure to state in the reservation Patio seating please, do note it says a minimum spend of $175 per person is required for patio seating.
I would also recommend going for an early reservation if you want to increase your chances. We also make sure to state that we are requesting patio seating when checking in with the hostess and state that we will wait when we have plans for a certain table.

I am so appreciating your videos! I'm a little late to the party, but huge congratulations on your wedding! I wanted to give a recommendation on a new restaurant to try on one on your next trips. We ate at KYU on our Christmas stay at the Fontainebleau, and it was by far one of the most memorable meals that we have had. The Wagyu Tartar invades my dreams still! Also, keep doing what your doing! I absolutely love they way you guys do Vegas!
Awesome we will need to get there this year, heard good things from a few people about Kyu. We have two trips booked already - all meals 😂 cuz that’s what we do.
We had our list of restaurants get a bit long over the years so we are hoping to knock off a bunch that have been on the list for years before tackling the new spots. It’s what makes Las Vegas so special for us - never ending must try restaurant list!
Our list is SOOOO long 😂. It is just so hard to get to it all on every trip!

Next question, I noticed you posted the prices of the sides but not the cost of the entrées. If you did, I didn’t see them.
Great question Paul. You will see with my answer to your previous question that explains some of this. Some of these plates were off menu "specials" so I attempted to share what I saw on the menu for prices to give an idea. We do share in the video that we were invited and were not charged so unfortunately we did not get a receipt to show like we do in our other videos.

We did, we liked the peppercorn and the signature sauce the most!
Did you BOTH polish off ALL of those food items at one sitting ?!? Or did the kitchen pack all of the unfinished (ie; lobster mac & brussels) items in containers ?!? Many Thanks Yo ! 🎯🎭. 🔚
We do our best to make it thru and do most of the time, this was too much for even us. They gave us any items we wanted to take back to the room and did have a fridge this time.

How are you able to get such a great table?
So we were an honored guest of the manager on this occasion. We had been talking restaurants with the manager of Prime through his personal account on Instagram prior to knowing his role and had discussed restaurants for about a year prior to this, when he invited us to come to the restaurant. We were truly grateful and this is only the 2nd time in almost 200 restaurants where we were comp'd a meal.
is Prime Steakhouse better than SW Steak at the Wynn?
Both are great both are very expensive and both have amazing patios. Food is comparable so I say try both but if you can only do one do the one that had the show you want to see
Wow looks amazing! The terraces at those restaurants surrounding the Bellagio fountain (and also the ones at Lake of Dreams at Wynn) are places I always want to experience. But as a solo traveller most of the time it just hasn't happened yet. What a nice treat from Prime for you two! 🦞🥰❤
We were truly blessed for them to treat us, this was over the top amazing. This was our 3rd and 4th time when you count Yellowtail the next night dining on the patios, it is simply stunning. If you ever get a chance i highly recommend it.
Lake of Dreams we loved when we were at SW but not as much at Lakeside, might just be that the first time we didn’t know what to expect but our second time we enjoyed it so much.
The prices for both areas are super pricey but we say take your time and enjoy it and count it as Dinner and a Show.
Interesting, the ribcap at prime was $138. I'm going to go out on a limb here and say the ribcap at Barry's for $89 was better. Both in terms of sear and taste.
I would say they are in the same level but one was a bit cheaper as you noted
The Rib Cap is the best in Vegas.

Unfortunately we did not get a bill otherwise I would have included it at the end, and we do this in our other videos. We were so lucky to have Prime invite us for this experience so we don’t have a full bill

They don't guarantee it but you can request patio seating for a minimum spend on the website and check in with the host station early and offer to wait if possible.

The location and view will inflate the price, I get that. $21 for a baked potato, LOL. $10 for a spud would be a bit much but I could deal with that for the location, but $21? Stand there and look at the fountain, then go get a steak somewhere real.
Yes the location does up the price no doubt but if you expect to spend $10 for sides at the fancy spots in Las Vegas in 2024 you are in for a rude awakening, I would expect about $15 at most places nowadays and a Budweiser is gonna run ya 9-12 too while talking about overblown prices
@@JoshRachael The only place I could find that is even close to $21 for a spud is Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse at $16. Low end Outback is $3.99, mid tear Ruth's Chris is $13, and Morton's Steak House is $10. $21 for a potato is beyond stupid.
