Healthy zucchini bread - light and delicious!

  • Hello! Today I'm making zucchini bread that has an interesting and intense flavor. This healthy bread is an excellent addition to your diet.
    Ingredients:
    500-550 grams of zucchini (process into puree)
    2 eggs
    Salt to taste
    Dried garlic to taste
    1/2 teaspoon sugar
    1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
    130 grams of corn flour
    80 grams of corn bran (can be replaced with 260 grams of corn flour)
    30 grams of cornstarch
    10 grams of baking powder
    30-40 grams of seed mix (pumpkin seeds, black and white sesame)
    Preparation:
    Process zucchini into puree and place in a bowl.
    Add eggs, salt, dried garlic, sugar and apple cider vinegar and mix well.
    Mix together corn flour, corn bran, corn starch and baking powder.
    Add the dry mixture to the zucchini mixture and mix thoroughly.
    Add some of the seed mixture to the dough.
    Pour the mixture into a mold lined with baking paper and greased with vegetable oil. Sprinkle with the remaining seeds.
    Bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
    Place the bread on a rack and let it cool under a towel.
    Healthy properties of the ingredients:
    Zucchini is rich in vitamins A, C and K, as well as fiber, which improves digestion and supports healthy skin.
    Corn flour and corn bran contain B vitamins and fiber, which help normalize metabolism.
    Seeds (pumpkin, sesame) are excellent sources of healthy fats, protein and antioxidants.
