    Recipe 1:
    1 can of chickpeas 400 g,
    240 g of chickpeas and liquid from the bottom.
    Blend in a mixer.
    20 ml of vegetable oil.
    20 g of psyllium.
    Dried garlic.
    Oregano.
    1 teaspoon of baking powder.
    20 g of flaxseeds.
    4 tablespoons of psyllium.
    Let it sit for 15 minutes.
    Divide into 6 parts.
    I shape rolls.
    I sprinkle psyllium on one side.
    I will sprinkle some dried garlic on top.
    Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180 °C/374 °F.
    Recipe 2:

    7 tablespoons of cornmeal.
    4 tablespoons of flaxseeds.
    10 g of baking powder.
    20 g of sunflower seeds.
    20 g of sesame seeds.
    Coriander.
    1 tablespoon of psyllium.
    3 tablespoons of olive oil.
    Salt to taste.
    Olive oil.
    I shape the rolls.
    Brush with water.
    Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
    Bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 180 °C.
