We have sour cream at any supermarket in Canada. Surprised it's so difficult to find in HK. We are taken for granted too much. Thx for the video. Great job.

Hello 阿蘇,我想講一下 印度酥油 ghee 的做法,對妳可能有些啟發。
做ghee 多數是用 grass fed unsalted butter. 因為牛奶有很多人類不能消化的蛋白,做 ghee 就是一個 提煉的 過程。
用最慢的火力,煮溶大量 牛油後,再不停火去煮大概30-40分鐘。過程中會有很多 “雜質” 出現,要 “拿走” 它們。 到提煉過程完結,大量人體無法消化的蛋白質就被完全破壞了,會 “痴“住煲底,所有最有營養,最純正的油,在印度古醫學 ”ayuveda" 中,被叫做 “黃金聖藥”的 透明的 ghee 就完成。
