- The third conditional is used to express regret and talk about things we wish we could change about the past (but we can't)! In this lesson, I'll show you how to use it, share lots of examples, plus help you to practice!

Yup,mam I've wished to change bad past to make them into lovely moments.
Obsuletely we all have regrets, if I had been in better circumstances, I would have pursued my studies. Yet, it's never late 😊😊
If i had worked harder i would have won the competition. (But i didn't work hard, and i didn't win the competition.)

If he had told about his trouble ,I would have help him.
★Second condition
If someone had told to bring a dish for a dinner party,I would not have empty-handed.
★Third
If he had not used a phone while driving, he would have save himself for paying fine.
★Forth
If she had brought rain jacket, she would not have wet.

I had followed many English teachers on RUclips but non made me understand grammar the way you did. Keep making these kind of videos. It really helps to beginners like me .

(2) if I had been informed about bringing dishes to party , I would have brought one

@@rolandberi5904 no it isn't correct because In Britian English they use got (2nd form) istead of gotten (3rd form) so Got it's more Suitable!)
Don’t you it should be ‘would’ instead of ‘could’ in situation 1 since it says he knew he could help.
is the situation 3 sentence correct? ..., wouldn't have fined..?
