Dear Emma, Your lesson was clearly explained the difference between which and that. We appreciate your effort and thank you for being such a good teacher!🌸
I am from India. I have suffering for English since I was 12year old. I feel delightful and fascinating when I have watched your videos. However, sometime I was monotonous, your videos boost me and give me callibre to learn English. At last,I would say you that I Love you and yours way to teach.
You chose a topic today that was exceptionally useful for me because a lot of times I wasn't sure what would be a noticeable difference between that and which in a sentence and which I should use. The commas also confused me, I had no idea when they are needed. This clauses makes more sense to me.
i really love the way you formulated the quiz because it introduces us to what we can expect and how exactly the quiz would go down, i felt a great sense of pride in learning through this video and i'll probably remember it forever my results were 1.a 2.a 3.b 4.a 5.a 6.b 7.a 8.a 9.b 10.a
It was a bit confusing quiz, but I managed to get 7 out of 10. But still improved by this lesson. It was a really good English lesson for me, thankyou for sharing with us.
Hi Emma, Love your videos. I am always confused in relative clauses with multiple nouns. Which noun is being described by the relative clause in the following sentences? 1. I met Rebecca in town yesterday, which was a nice surprise. 2. Yesterday, I met Rebecca in town, which was a nice surprise. 3. Yesterday, I met Rebecca in town, which was so congested. 4. Yesterday, I met Rebecca, who is my childhood friend, in town. 5. Yesterday, I met Rebecca in town, who is my childhood friend. 6. I had an uncle in the city, who I inherited a bit of money from. 7. I had an uncle in the city, which is famous for its restaurants.

the key idea is whether the subject you want to express needs the essential information, if yes, use THAT clause. if not, use WHICH clause and remember use comma to separate it from the main sentence. i got it. thanks Emma.
The extra information was helpful as soon as the questions appeared; otherwise, many of my answers would have been incorrect. The correct answers resulted from the additional information you provided. I felt uneasy as soon as my first answer was incorrect; however, the subsequent answers boosted my confidence, showing that I understood the rules of grammar perfectly.
