@@DobbeltJensen Yea, it´s so damn good. Love the rest of the album as well. Listened to Priest since back in the early 90´s so I´m a huge fan overall (and yes, I´m old af 😂). I haven´t listened as much to them as I used to, but it's always great to see others appreciate them as well. 🤘
Imagine being Randy F'k'n Rhoads and inventing that solo out of thin air. Learning it and being able to play it is one thing, but coming up with it must have been an out of body experience.
There are tons of excellent guitar players out there, who can play all kind of crazy stuff. But the ones we remember are the ones writing the good stuff.
Almost. The iconic note was a bit dull. 7:04. You need to put your soul into that note. It was a bit meh. Incredible effort though. Painkiller was the best imo.
There’s a way that you’re playing these solos and not only are you playing them but you are insanely comfortable in them, as a guitarist I see that and the time that has gone into it. You didn’t just learn them, you mastered them. Well fucking done lad!
Glen Tipton is a criminally underatted guitarist. From Rock Rolla to Killing machine and to Ram it Down and Painkiller.... he is not as ''clean'' as Ritchie Faulkner who is a younger generation of guitarists, but his evolution as a guitarist is imperssive. The Maiden guys sound the same on the solos 45 years now, while Kirk Hammett actually de-evolved as a soloist. Needless to say you nailed all the solos!
Brilliant!! I can imagine, the Judas priest Solo was really difficult to play with all these unique nuances. Probably the most difficult of them all to reproduce! 🙏

Damn, this is so freaking impressive! I'm really kinda at a loss for words. How on earth do you get to this level of skill? I'm playing guitar consistently for about 14 years now, and I'm barely able to play the Creeping Death solo. I tried learning Tornado of Souls once, and there's no way in hell I'm ever going to pull that one of. I mean, learning one of these solos is impressive on its own, but being able to pull all of them out of your sleeve so perfectly ... just wow.
You're a beast of a guitarist. Amazing stuff, you play with such ease, as if it was nothing. I tried to play some of those solos and I know how hard they are. You made it look like it was nothing. Kudos.
Thank you so much for including the FIRST solo from Mr. Crowley. Everyone always creams themselves over the second solo, but for me, the first one is where it's at. It's just such an incredible shred. 🤘🏻

As a guitar player, i feel like im getting better at sight reading, and now these tabs finally make sense. I still wouldnt be able to play them, but just watching this is almost informative for my guitar understanding of how notes sound, and is like practice for sightreading.

My dude, there is no doubt that you are a top-tier player! Your hands look so relaxed while playing these ridiculous lines and you play them so clean. How about an outtake reel with lots of swear words to prove you are actually human!?

i was expecting the tornado of souls solo 10 times
worth it if it'was it lmai
Did he play that solo from Tornado of souls before? 😅😅 It's a tasty solo for sure😋, and he plays it well.
He played but not the taste
It’s a great solo
Is it just me that actually likes tornado of souls for the music and not just the solo
As a non guitar player, watching my favourite solos with a tab makes me realize it's 1000x harder than I imagined. Huge respects
Appreciate you watching this stuff even as a non-guitarist!
As a guitar player the tabs remind me how difficult it truly is
@@joedalton155 They are a lot easier when I "play by the ear" 😬
tabs often make easy parts look insane, and hard parts look easier than they are.
Nah tabs just looks hard but easy when u know the tempo and all
Everybody has their favorites, but a Rhoads solo can still bring me to tears.
there really was something special with rhoads style
Yes, his solos and the circumstances of his death 😢
Dimebag solos hit me that way
When you see Bradley doing jokes and memes you easily forget the monster he is playing guitar, he nailed easily every single solo.
Seriously! A true Renaissance man! If the Renaissance was ridiculous jokes and ridiculous shredding
@@augustus1138 Which it was

after how many tries tho 😂😂😂😂

Is it just me or the beans are in a better image quality now?
Very astute observation there, sir

Bradley upgraded the beans to 720p and is why they look better than ever.

He’s rolling that beautiful bean footage

I got wood!
And the riff itself, mayn!
Gotta be one of the most recognizable riffetyraffathons in the history of electrified guitar.

Well done on all of these dude. The a7x shout out was wild BTW.
cant blame him, it is just that good of a song
The solos an awesome short standalone composition even without the rest of the song .
Being that I am one of your students. I’m pumped to learn this stuff.
Hell yeah!
Can't believe how almost no one is talking about how Bradley nailed the Tornado of Souls solo, literally perfection
To be fair, all these solos are pretty god damn difficult 😂
Almost. The iconic note was a bit dull. 7:04. You need to put your soul into that note. It was a bit meh. Incredible effort though. Painkiller was the best imo.
Not really. I’ve seen way better examples of nailing the solo.

I absolutely love Jim Root’s half of the solos to Psychosocial.
Got to experience The Trooper solo live last Saturday in Toronto - they're still giving it 100% .
Adrian smith and Dave Murray are unbelievable live still. Saw them in Portland and it was 10/10.
I didn't realize that the verses/2nd solo of Master of Puppets switches back and forth from 4/4 to 21/32. Fascinating!
There is an odd time signature in the intro as well.
It's actually a joke from Bradley. In fact, 5/8.
So cool to see Chuck's genius solo on Crystal Mountain here dude! Well done!

Never really stopped to think about what a monster that Painkiller solo is. Beastly.
Mr Crowley, Painkiller , The trooper and Master of puppets you made my day !
All great. I was still in my dads ballbag when Randy created the Mr Crowley solo but it is absolutely phenomenal and tells a story all by itself.
What other iconic solos would have added to this list??
floods
Iron Maiden - Phantom of the Opera
Enter sandman Metallica
@ it’s moreso the riff that’s iconic, definitely not the solo. For Metallica, I’d say MoP or For Whom The Bell Tolls has the most iconic solo.
