Man, the members of Led Zeppelin look very different during their "bad" section. For real, this is one of my favorite mini series you've done on your channel. Glad you put them all together in one masterpiece of a video!
No its Led Zeppelin idk yall are saying, didn’t the lead guitarist Munky leave to the band Black Sabbath? Also didnt they make the ome song about immigrants called girls girls girls on the ep volume 3 decent voices that featured nba youngboy?
I'm SO glad that you took the vibe of every band instead of just directly copying any specific songs. That takes a lot of talent, you have a real ear. Also the KISS, one fucking killed me, that was great 🤣🤣

I don't hate any of these bands (no, not even Nickelback) because I think all of them are great in their own way, but the "hate" versions cracked me up. Most of them are spot on! On an unrelated note, I never heard about Polyphia, but I really need to check them out.
@@MarmiteTheDogngl the elevator music was so accurate bc my friend tried showing me their songs multiple times & their songs are really just not that great
Polyphia is kinda cool, but I have to be in the right mood. It sounds very technical and less melodic, so I appreciate the talent and uniqueness, but I don't always want to hear them. They're worth checking out though. I don't think they're boring but they aren't for everyone
As a Queen fan, i find it funny because there are ACTUAL QUEEN SONGS that sound like this, for example "The Invisible Man", "Body Language", "Flash Gordon", and a whole lot of their late 80's and '91 stuff
these are surprisingly accurate, and the fact that you're able to enjoy some of the "hate" versions of a favorite band truly shows that as a musician you know what you're doing.
You're not wrong about Ghost, but luckily I also quite like ABBA so. They're a great intro into heavier stuff for people coming from more mainstream music. It is kinda like 'ABBA but with distorted guitars' Edit: 'Spillways' is especially ABBA-esque. Those opening piano chords sound just like 'Money Money Money'
Ghost is one of my favorite bands, and I think the ABBA comparison is well deserved. Honestly dont know why all the Ghost haters say it over and over and OVER thinking its some sort of sick burn, I think its a good thing!!!! ABBA slaps
I was kind of skeptic for the first 3 bands, thinking "oh, so he's just going to make fun of the way the singer sounds" but boy was I wrong, that video is pure genius, so funny and so on point for most of bands!

They were always hit and miss for me... I could never "get" Animals, or the Wall... but Wish You Were Here is one of my fav soft-rock albums, especially the title track, it has same vibes as Nirvana on MTV unplugged despite Pink Floyd elitist fans never admitting to that lol... I also loved Division Bell. No wonder their bass player turned out to be a physical embodiment of sentient feces, his tracks were the ones I hated. Dave Gilmour's tracks were the best, Shine and Numb and High Hopes and everything, and regardless of how boring most people find the band, his solos are great. One of the best non-shredded guitarists of all time. The tone, dynamics, everything. Perfect Stratocaster sound.
the haters version of System of a Down sounds like something from the unreleased SOAD songs playlists that are everywhere when you search for anything SOAD related
I have this very distinct memory of riding with my dad in his truck in the mid 90s. I was in my mid teens. I turned the radio on and changed the station from his country station to the local rock station. Smells Like Teen Spirit was just beginning and I got excited. My dad didn't say anything until the end of the song. He said, "I don't understand why you like this. He's just saying the same word over and over and I can't even understand what the word is."
Two things: I have never heard anyone say they hate ACDC. And can we appreciate how he used a Nirvana song that wasn't smells like teen spirit? Great and entertaining video
