1970 Monte Carlo transmission swap and test.

The transmission failed. Swapping the rebuild back in with a higher stall converter and making some drag strip passes.

Those dimensions you enjoy in the engine compartment of the Monte Carlo are the same as the 69 Grand Prix I had. It was the only car I ever swapped cams in without removing the radiator. I wonder if a 70 Cutlass Supreme has the same space? Love those G body's.

A Cutlass isn't near as long in the front end. It's the same size as a Chevelle.
