A sim obsessed with childrens toys -- teddy bears, cars, planes, chests - etc. A sim whose kids are adults but they've built shrines in their children's old rooms. Grandiose!
Gym and sauna equipment can be pretty pricey! Maybe to balance her gambling addiction Willow is really into wellness and has an area dedicated to yoga/fitness? Can't wait to see the final results!!

Basement: Wine Cellar/speak easy, Vault for all her gambling money (more gold bars and gold frogs lol), and Home theater
Rest of the house: Home spa - sauna, massage tables, nail art chairs, yoga studio, indoor lap pool, hot tub, gym and locker room
Just like the comment above I think than other than in her lifestyle I imagine her being really stingy and never sharing a penny no matter who it is so she keeps all of her fortune hidden away in a huge vault in the basement
If you do end up adding a basement, this place looks like it would have a wine cellar!

This house gives me great gatsby vibes for some reason, maybe just the extraness of it all lol. Speaking of the great gatsby, you should definitely add a bit party/dance floor area and lots of guest rooms so willow can have huge parties to show off her wealth!

Basement casino is a must! I also feel like Willow is the type of rich person to have a huge hot spring bathroom where most of the floor area is a bath, and the shower is like fountains coming out of the ceiling into it.

A safe room filled with art that she may or may not have acquired through shady ways 😂 a green room for tea time, guest quarters, walk-in closet, a library, or a movie theatre room!! Also a gym, indoor basketball court, indoor swimming pool, a spa/massage room, so many possibilities!! ❤

Dont forget that you are the master of your own rules, if a challenge ever become difficult for you to complete, change the rules to make the challenge or serie FUN to you, it's the most important part of making content for people :)
she definitely needs a butler suite that way you could add like a whole extra house inside the house if that makes sense and def a vault edit: i was also thinking about how there was no knights yet and then you said that you hadn’t even added any yet lol

Basement should definitely be a full butler’s apartment! Room ideas: spa/sauna, gym, meditation/yoga room, study, library, observatory, greenhouse/still room, wine/tap room/bar, kitchen has a full “washroom” and walk-in pantry, all bedrooms are full suites, bowling alley, movie theater, and arcade 😮💨😅
Lets all give Syd mad props for not only spending 2,946,268 simoleons with the pool hack but also manually placing 491 individual gold blocks.
What about an indoor greenhouse in the diagonal part? Also, (I know they’re debug, but hear me out!!) maybe a Crystal/mediation room? Maybe she’s secretly a witch (descend from a family of witches and that’s how she inherited a lot of money) and puts luck spells on the plants she grows in her greenhouse. She puts plants all over the gambling room, and wins every time. Anyways, can’t wait to see the inside!!
Life-size chess board? Could be like an interior garden/courtyard, and use those chess topiaries

I’m four minutes in and I’m thinking good Lord… This is going to take forever to furnish! I just built a half $1 million house that took me 40 hours to finish… It’s very detailed. I could never do a house this large it would take me six months… L O L. 😂😂❤❤. I think you should totally go in for the whole palace idea, and create the rooms that you would find in a palace. Huge dining room, receiving hall, a photo studio, gallery, a huge library, en suite for every bedroom, tons of guest rooms, etc. etc. And it’s always good to do a separate room for every skill that you might want to build like a science room and a painter, studio and a greenhouse etc. Have fun!
If Willow gambles a lot maybe she has a Bar room where she watches sports and places bets? And if it gets stressful she has in house spa . She probably super extra and has a butler suite.

Art gallery with a huge art collection, yoga room w huge windows, beauty room w a vanity, full length mirrors, and clothing rack. Indoor pool. Guest room. Butler suite. Bar / wine cellar.
some expensive ideas !!
- a (pretend) security room; where you could use a lot of tvs, computers and other general pricey tech
- a ball room and formal dining room for a huge party with its own commercial kitchen for hired caterers (different from the private dining and kitchen)
- an indoor spa and wellness area
- an indoor aquarium room
- a two floored library (a library room that has stairs to go up to another reading room, preferably on the roof, maybe with huge windows or glass roof)
- an indoor pond (using a swimming pool, fishes, swans) and covering up the sides with plants and lights
- an office space for her employees to work from her home, with several computers and tech and a mini kitchen
- art galleries, outfit galleries or a inhome museum of generations pasts
This build is everything! I am so happy you came back to it. Also, it’s important you feel excited about your content, so I don’t blame you for taking a break when you were experiencing burnout. I hope you are feeling better now.

i think a "sports bar" sort of area could be fun to include, especially since here in northern ireland those types of places almost always have gambling machines in them lol. a ton of TV's on the wall, a bunch of drinks cabinets and bar items, foosball tables, etc. :)
Maybe she likes to collect art and statues as a sign of wealth, and you can make an in home art gallery

I had honestly forgotten that you didn't finish this series and now I'm so happy to unexpectedly get a new video! I was JUST thinking that I wanted to find a video like your old Bloomcrest videos. I LOVED them! But honestly I loved the midrange more than these last over the top multimillion mansions. So if you ever did a series again where you build a whole neighbourhood, I think you can switch up the challenge? Either a softer increase or change the size instead, or something else completely. Either way: love your videos, and you should always take care of your wellbeing first ♡

Omg this is like a modern castle! I think Willow would like to invite people and entertain so she could have a room filled with paintings and statues and fancy things she owns sort of a gallery or museum, maybe also massive bathroom or spa, sort of a romantic, planty peaceful vibe upstaris but the gambling happening in the basement and it totally a different vibe, light fancy upstairs and dark fancy in the basement 🤍love your builds
You should make one of the basment levels an indoor beach. & add a fake boat.

Honestly Syd, I adore you so much! Doing these super fancy and very extra builds is such a hard task. In my game, my sim just won the lottery and I decided to build her a villa. It took me like 2 weeks, with a bunch of extra and unnecessary stuff included and in the end, it costed less than 500k. Nowhere near a million, let alone more. So what you're doing here, is just simply amaze me. 💖
what about a room just for cats? or dogs? maybe both! maybe bc willow likes to gamble, maybe she has a lucky pet or maybe she won an exotic pet in some crazy bet & she has a whole room dedicated to that exotic pet. love the way you build!

I recently watched a house tour where the designers made two kitchens!! It was an open concept house, so the nice kitchen was open to the family room and the rest of the house, with big fancy appliances and of course a separate wet bar and wine fridge. Then, there was another kitchen behind it they called the “dirty” kitchen, which had everything the open kitchen had but it was in a closed room with a door. The idea was that when they hosted parties and hired caterers the “dirty” kitchen would do all the work while the other kitchen stayed clean. It was so extra so I think it would be perfect for this build.

Love this build so much so far! you never dissapoint! a lot of stuff has alreay been mentioned but anyway. I'd love to see like an area for maids and butlers! plus a whole giant walk in wardrobe with an ensuite bathroom with platforms (would be cool if instead of a bath there would be a pool/jaccuzi, or both!)
I do have an idea for the main bedroom. Find somewhere to add in that huge Get Famous fountain and in the Walk-in closet, add in tons of the Gold bars and Knight statues as small decor pieces on a vanity table.
As someone named Willow Vine, she obviously needs her own arboretum fit for a whimsical fairy queen!

Room ideas: theather, sauna, MASSIVE bathrooms, big playrooms, music room, bar, walk-in closets, craft/paint rooms, gyms, study spaces, each bedroom has it's own bathroom/living room, activity Room, indoor gardens/greenhouses, book store kind of vibe, knitting area, yoga studio, massage room, pet rooms, Laundry rooms, MEGA pantries, bowling allies, place to store wine. This was all I could come up with hope you like it 💖💗

You could do a portion of the house for a butler! Separate room and living/bath and kitchen! Add a theater room!

I was excited to see Bloomcrest is back! Appreciate you circling back and giving yourself a break! It should definitely have a totally outrageous walk-in closet or entire wing dedicated to FASHUN. Also maybe a surveillance/security room with lots of high-tech stuff and monitors? Also maybe a very grand office space where she manages her empire :P
I feel like there needs to be a super high-tech, secret research lab in there somewhere. Willow would definitely be keeping tabs on the competition and plotting ways to take them down!

You could add maybe something like a dancefloor in the basement 😂 With loads of expensive lightning, speakers, etc. It would fit the gambling room aesthetic 😏

So glad you took your time coming back to this! I think maybe the house could have a dark secret (literally skeletons in the closet) so maybe some hidden hallways or a hidden room with some stashed away money. Maybe Willow is covering up a family secret??

the exterior is so pretty omg and i love the basement casino idea, you could add an arcade room in the basement too with a bowling alley and the dj booth, and a large home spa with the hot spring or sauna. oh the diagonal room could be a sun room or a green house! also the house would have a clean aesthetic but for willow’s personal bedroom she deserves a whole floor and it would be cluttered and messy with fun colours !
You are SO GOOD at landscaping. Have you ever done a video just on tips and tricks for it? I'm terrible at it and would love to have one place to learn more from a pro like you =D
ETA: In terms of rooms, you should have: an ornate dining room connected to a ballroom, a large (possibly multi-level) library with connected private study, two master bedrooms connected by a private entryway (like how royal couples had their own separate rooms), at least one hidden passageway (preferably in the library or one connecting the master bedrooms to a secret room, the outdoors, or escape route), personal bathrooms for every bedroom, a butler's pantry, servants' quarters, a greenhouse, a nursery, a schoolroom, a parlor to take afternoon tea, and a spa area~
