I’ve been doing this routine for 4 months now and the results I’ve had are insane! Thanks to you I’ve achieved my goal! I believe that balance is key to a health lifestyle, so If I crave something sweet I still eat the odd ice cream and chocolate but I’ve maintained a steady weight thanks to this workout 🙏🤩👍
It's really nice to see and hear you being challenged by the exercises as well. I can only do so many routines of smiling fitness instructors, who are hardly breaking a sweat and talk as if they are taking a stroll at the beach, before wondering if I should be struggling as much as I am. Thank you!
It amazes me that he sounds like he's struggling so much considering he's supposed to be super fit and workout every day. Talking whilst doing it can't help but he sounded done in by the first set of press-ups and he was going pretty slowly. I wonder if he puts it on for the benefit of the viewers so we don't feel so bad.

Cannot put into words how much your real and relatable content helps. Watching you do this in your front room, whilst I attempt it in mine, you’re struggling and commentating the whole way through, rather than some awful pounding music in the background. Thank you! Well joe, you finally did it! You got me off my butt!! The only person to of achieved that in ten years (apart from my deliveroo boy). Couldnt make it to the end and giggled a lot (oh apologies - i swore at u a couple of times) but im 15 minutes closer to shedding three stone and getting fitter. THANKYOU x
First time I did this, took 20 mins in all, since I wasn't used to working out at this intensity (or even working out regularly, for that matter!). But today I tried for the 2nd time and barring pausing for 4-5 secs about 3-4 times (which was to regain my breath and get the next position right), I managed to do it along with Joe's timing. Quite proud of this! Thanks Joe for such ass-kicking and inspiring workouts. More power to you!

Never done a body coach workout. Been really lacking in terms of fitness and need to get in shape for my sisters wedding in February. Found this hard but loved it. Can’t wait to see what else there is! Definitely not my last workout with Joe!

I wouldn’t listen to his advice regarding mental health if he was the last person on Earth. No offence. But it’s an utter farce that physical health and mental health are linked. The majority of Gym bellends are exactly that, narcissistic sociopaths who hate themselves for putting on fat.. a completely natural bodily function of mammals... I’m just here to try and understand abit more about why many people like Joe Wicks and how he has managed to obtain an MBE.. Something my uncle got for being a Col in the British Army, working in Bosnia , Iraq and Afghanistan as a royal engineer building up new infrastructure for the same people trying to harm him... Joe Wicks has equalled this by jumping around his house. Lolz

Hi joe. Just want to say ty to you I’ve been doing this workout for a few months now. As I hit a wall in my life and needed a focus I do it exactly as you do bar changing one set of push-ups to a set of sit ups and sometimes add burpys as the finale. I was over 16 stone 2 months ago I’m not weighing under 14 nearly 13 and a half now. I walk 15-20 k a day in weekdays and eat mostly scrambled egg and one meal in night. A lot of chicken and rice but do occasionally dip in to a treat or have a naughty day. Not only have your workouts made me a more healthy and active person but they have also helped me with my mental health in a big way making me feel more confident in myself and a more positive mental attitude. You always motivate me to work harder and believe in myself so thanks again joe I appreciate ya 🙌❤️👌😎💯🔥💪

Perfect Friday start. 10 minutes yoga warm up with the lovely Sarah Beth Yoga then 15 energising minutes with wonderful Joe. I always find myself laughing along to Joe - something about his grunting and whingeing makes me feel a whole lot better about the sweat and pains in my 44 year old body! 😂
Great video Joe, really enjoy these short 15-20 minute workouts. I often do a 45 mins Karate lesson, with my class on Zoom while we are all at home. But then often do one of these afterwards, just to top it up to an hour, great fun! :).
Doing my bast to keep up with you joe, as I had a bad accident just before Christmas.. so I was in hospital all over Christmas and new year ..with this virus it means my physio can’t come to me every morning.. I may well not be able to keep up with you right now, but hay still gives me great motivation in the morning to do what I can 😀
Such great workouts! I hate exercising but these workouts keep me motivated everyday. Simple, down to earth and effective. FYI: RUclips has started placing ads in the middle of your workouts instead of the start which makes it a bit awkward mid-exercise.
