If in audit it's failed they would deduct that amount in next month salary if they have already paid to you, if they dint pay you, then you won't receive that amount

It depends on your project manager and HR decision if you are allocated to a project they can give you even earlier confirmation for permanent employee. If they told that it's mandatory to attend office then you need to attend office, if they told if you are available on teams for project interviews or work from home kind of them no need to attend. Once please speak to HR if not getting projects

After getting pip fail we get 3 month as Notice period so those 3 month is added in work experience?

In pip, do they allow leaves which are planned..meaning can we take leaves prior approval
They might allow, but it depends on your POC, sometimes they might not allow

Try to get a project by being prepared for your internal interviews don't worry you are a fresher, they can't put you in pip that soon
