If we're on probation period then in resignation portal why it is showing 60 days notice period

Hi i raised exit request in Accenture support portal one month before. But my people lead has not approved my exit request. I informed my people lead, manager and some other leads before raising request I sent official mail also. They all agreed. But now my people lead is not approving. Will it create any problem in my exit process if he doesn't approve

U can choose to stay for 90 days and get salary for 90days...u can request for early exit but no extra money will be paid

Earned learned will be paid on the total salary.
20 earned leaves = 1 month of salary. 30 days salary will be 1.5 times of monthly salary.
My service now portal is not linking with workday portal due to which contact number is not coming in service now portal and I am not able to resign . HR is not accepting resignation on email . How this issue can be resolved?
