Thanks so much for the message, Phil. It means a lot. Mental health is always a challenge, depression and I are long time adversaries. Oddly, not being able to do anything with long COVID gave me a temporary break from depression, simply because my brain can’t try to beat me up when not getting anything done is clearly due to something else! 😂
@@DrKevGuitar yes I totally get that , we do tend to judge ourselves rather harshly & at the same time we offer compassion to others we see struggling.. let’s accept some compassion for ourselves & lighten our load.. Be good to yourself
