Folks please, offer no medical advice here. There is no treatment or cure for Long Covid, only assistance living with symptoms, and that's mostly not useful. There is no discussion to be had here, that's the reality of things. Thank you for not commenting if that was your intention.

Keep strong Kev. As an 'ME' sufferer for 23 years, I know just how hard this is. The waxing and waning is baffling. Key thing is to pace yourself to improve the quality of the time you have when feeling decent. When you feel your battery draining, don't keep pushing if at all possible. Listen to your body. In this way from time to time, the fog of this type of disease will lift somewhat and allow you a better quality of life. Above all my friend, try to be positive and grateful for the things you have in your life.
Take care of yourself and don't beat yourself up. Somewhere in the future is an answer. All things pass, or at least improve over time. Keep the faith and many thanks for your share.

Btw way, I'd love a vid on setting up Fender Tele's or Strats. I always find the bolted neck angle a little too far forward to achieve a great setup.
My LPs have a much better 'leaning' back angle as a good starting point for setups. Certainly shimming, well known for Jazzmasters and done on the one I have is almost essential. Not sure on Tele's and Strats though. Cheers.

Good luck with your recovery. You've probably had a load of unsolicited advice, and what works for some doesn't work for others but I've benefited a lot from tai chi/qigong. Very slow, soft exercise in tiny doses, but so well designed that it has great benefits on multiple systems and levels. Just thought I'd mention that.

Found your video on the trussrod adjustment super helpful! Would love to see a video on the strat saddle, and even one on setting your string action one string at a time. Just some ideas!
