STUDY WITH ME 4.5 hour pomodoro session! (no music)

- Hi! It’s been a while. Studying for a total of 4.5 hours, broken down into eight 25 minute sessions followed by a 5 minute break. 30 minute break after every 4th study session.

*Reminder to my future self* My life is completely messed up. 40 yo living back with my parents, no family nor friends and pandemic destroyed my minimum wage job. So I decided to bounce back and finish my degree once and for all. I´m using this video as a reinforcer. I hope I don´t give up miserably this time. Good luck for everyone!

@@TimmmTim As someone who suffers from ADD, I get easily distracted by any music whilst studying. This video without music, but with the timer included, gives me the best of both worlds.

I hate listening to music while studying as it distracts me a lot, and when I found this video without music, I felt like I hit a jackpot. Literally thank you for making a no music study session
I agree that music is distracting. I use binaural beats and it helps me a lot.
but you could just mute any video of your choice, to make it music free

i kinda feel motivated and bad at the same time because of this videos. They show me how unorganized and inefficient my study habits are atm in med school (without being able to go to the library, studying at home just sucks for me), but i had my most productive study session in a while with this video which is nice :D Thank you for that!
For those who want to train their concentration length to be longer than 25min gradually, while maintain high efficiency:
0:09 1st session.
25:11 break time for 1st session.
30:21 2nd session.
55:22 break time for 2nd session.
1:00:25 3rd session.
1:25:31 break time for 3rd session.
1:30:30 4th session.
1:55:34 30 min break time for 1st pomo.
2:25:29 5th session.
2:50:38 break time for 5th sesseion.
2:55:36 6th session
3:20:41 break time for 6th sesseion.
3:25:41 7th session.
3:50:44 break time for 7th sesseion.
3:55:45 8th session.
4:20:45 break time for 8thth sesseion.

Every video she uploads has a version with or without music. Maybe the thumbnail confuses you and if you see a video with sound you think every video with the same thumbnail is the same, but nah
