- It’s been a while! I finally got around to filming another study with me video. So let’s study together. I’m going to be studying for a total of 2 hours, broken down into four 25 minute sessions followed by a 5 minute break. Feel free to follow along.

I really hope you're doing well and most certainly hope your back and shoulders don't hurt as much as mine do .
I have noticed that you tend to sorta "bend over" (?) your books and notebooks when you're studying and I have that habit too . It is my first year in a more or less " Pioneer " high school that I got into after being selected from a group of people who passed this huge exam . Only 56 of us made so you could guess how intense this year have been with teachers expecting much of us and us competing with each other ( no harm has been done I promise XD it is actually fun and everyone is extremely nice ) . And as the overachiever I am , I had to work my butt off to maintain my good grades which meant more hours on my desk and less sleep . It is Finals season right now and school will be ending in two weeks and I wish I had paid more attention to my bad posture during the year Bc God knows the amount of pain I'm dealing with right now . Even sleeping became a struggle ! And I hate to see that happen to other people , mostly hard-workers like myself and you . As I'm planning to go to Med school too after graduating high school, I know this will only mean more and more studying and work as I progress and I'm trying to work on my posture so this won't cause any major problems that could affect my studies in the long term .
Maybe it doesn't bother you that much , but I thought I'd tell you about this so you'd pay more attention .

The same happened with me, I have horrible pain in my upper back and neck because of studying for long hours, I would even have trouble sleeping because of it. To ease it I've started using a cervical pillow and it reallllyyy helped me to at least get a good sleep.

after nearly 15 months of constant exams and serious breakdowns and countless burn outs , finally i decided to take a 2 week break just before one of the biggest assesments i will have to take , and i was just tryna get back into track but couldnt seem to and felt really anxious , but thankfully after a week of no motivation , i have finally been able to get back on track with this video , really loved this , and you got yourself a new subscriber thanks to this!! loved this video , and i hope i can ace the exams i have been preparing for from nearly 6 months!!! good luck to everyone else using this timer!!!

I take it like a challenge bc I find it hard to not get distracted. Oh also, I'm studying business right now, I have a mini test tomorrow and it's really important for me to pass in that.
