This is actually super valuable. It increases the productivity of my most important work with at least 5%, which is a lot if you think of it being equivalent to a 5% raise. Thank you so much Aurelius Tjin.

I was really struggling with a work task that was essentially pushing myself out my comfort zone and was leading me to feel overwhelmed and procrastination. Then i found this video and had been playing it background everyone morning when i start work for a whole week and it had help to stay calm and kept me in focus in a simple and structured way! It was a personal struggle in day one but as the week proceeded I felt like i was getting into a rhythm my focus span increased! Thanks for sharing the video- it was just the 'push' i needed :)

Can you create a separate channel for this type of content? because we need it more from you ( 5hr, 8hr, 10hr, etc ) This channel have a lot of potential of growing, it also may add some revenue. ( Mid-roll ads )

For me there are too many ads. It made the session really long and I didn't want to keep stopping what I was doing to skip the ad.
