On that grind for anthropology papers! These videos honestly help motivate and push past the wall that makes starting and continuing painful. Studying with these videos creates a push, especially the short segments. I love the alarms, they're soft and they help me focus. I always forget to stop if I don't hear the alarms like with previous videos

This is so helpful, I'm studying for my chemistry a-levels and this is one of the few things that motivates me to study. Also I like the idea of having a 5 minute break every 25 minutes, it actually makes a big difference.

Thank you so much for this video. I am studying for a licensing exam and I have been out if school for a number of years. It was hard trying to concentrate. I was searching for study music and came across this video. The music helped to bring down my anxiety and allowed me to concentrate. Your breaks also kept me alert and reminded me to stay hydrated..lol..thx again.

Exams are actually in 2 weeks, I'm aiming for 'best in biotechnology' so recently, I've been active in class and excelling in quizzes, hopefully, the exam goes well. :)

I'm currently writing my Bachelors Thesis and I couldn't be happier about the fact that I found your study videos. The pomodoro method is so so good. I just sit an write and write and write and in the blink of an eye, the first pomodoro is over. Genius! I've never been more concentrated and more efficient. I only wish I discovered your videos earlier, they could've helped me along my whole three years at uni. Soon I'll be done. Only a few more weeks!

I like hearing what's going on on the other side of the screen instead of hearing music, it's like a noise that helps me concentrate and that's why I like study with me videos
You have no idea how useful and needed this video is. I was having a rough time on an assignment up by myself at 2AM, and although it's virtual, it's so comforting and motivating to be studying alongside someone else. Calmed me right down and got me productive again. Thank you! Will be coming back every assignment now!

Oh my god this is perfect. I’ve always struggled with concentrating on studying. I can’t study in silence but when I turn music on, I can get distracted trying to choose my music and it’s just a huge never ending cycle of trying to focus and not being able to. This is perfect because it’s already got the perfect music. Thank you so much.
I've fallen behind in my studies. I just am not organized and self-diciplined yet. To make matters more complicated, I just had my first born at 23, and I'm the sole provider for our family. Your videos have helped keep me focused and on track. I don't have to set a timer or think of what music I'm listening to which is a big distraction. Thank you girl!!

I usually turn off my phone for the entire time, because i know this might happen. Most of the time i just stand up, watch outside the window and focus on the moment, like on my breath. Fully enjoying the 5 minutes i have for my brain to take a break :)

I have my phone on silent when I study and put it in a different room. I usually stretch and do some quick yoga!
I like to go back into my sketchbook and paint my drawings with watercolor. it takes me about 7 min then I set all my supplies to the side and continue studying.
