8 years ago in 2012 when I started investing in stock&bond my Financial advisor/Portfolio manager Hovik Morte suggested I bought some stocks that he knows will yield valuable profits and he also forecasted that these companies will triple their net-worth in a space of 8 years.I did not regret taking he's advice because I've made over 2 million in raw profits over the years.I started with 200k back then.

YOLOs are active. These day trading pros are modern day athletes behind keyboards and screens.
Dave Ramsey is pretty good at coming up with different products/services that go with his mission. He has a system for starting something and also managing risk. Only about 10% of ideas generally pan out so he starts out with a low level cash based test market to see if it works. Throw a lot of seeds on reasonably fertile soil and see what sprouts.
Every family has a person who breaks the chain of poverty. I hope you will be that person!

Inventoroze your skills, identify what kind of consumers are willing to pay for those skills, design outcomes, target advertise, rinse and repeat.

I did the same at i e point ,juggling multiple things and now I’ve pushed away from most and I’m now focusing on 2-3 income sources
I got a 3090 mining about $10 bucks a day and blockfi making about $7.5 ontop of regular wage. Bearly getting in stocks to create a new one.

I'm going with the Ultra Diamond Dividend approach:
I buy pieces of any dividend stock/etf that pays dividends and hold. Period.
There's a lot of belief in the idea to never put all of your eggs into one basket. The problem is that, like most things, we all know what actions or things we 'should' do. The problem is we have zero clue as to WHY we should be doing it, even if we 'think' we do. I definitely feel like I'm taking the focused approach. Right now, 'most' of my eggs are in one basket. I have a couple elsewhere, but they're all mostly in one so that I don't spread my attention too thin. I'm not a robot I can't spread my focus evenly everywhere and be effective at everything. I think there's a saying that goes "Jack of all Trades, Master of None."

I worked real hard for a bunch of years, invested in education to make myself an expert in my business, invested in stocks and created a retirement account, then a couple years later, bought a condo to rent on airbnb, then bought a camping van to rent a couple years later... now I am not making money at my business right now because I am living off those rental incomes, and my work now is developing online classes to release to make passive income with my expert area, also I wrote a book to self publish soon...
2020 was my primary reason to greatly focus on developing several streams of income.

Hey guys need some input. I have a rental property that ive had for 4yrs. Its done amazing for me and got me into my own personal residence and paid of my vechile and has provided me $500 a month of passive. Now, with the crazy market, its worth triple. If i sell now i can pay of my place and be mortgage free plus have some cash on the side. Im not sure if i should sell tho but with market who knows when it could come to an end? Im conflicted. multi-income stream only works when they are time upfront. Like writing a book or making a video online class, where you don’t have to continue putting in time and can start the next project.
I used to join all these different mlm companies and affiliate programs. Recently I realized I can't do all these different things at once. I have to get one income stream working first and then build other incomes

It’s not mutually exclusive. You can have multiple streams of income and still master one thing. Sometimes when you try to master one thing only you can lose that one thing.

The "ladder approach" sounds a lot like "passive income ADHD." I am of the opinion that if you start too many things at once, you will do none of them well.
A lot of millionaires also delegate, A LOT. For example, an E-commerce business requires a TREMENDOUS amount of time and money to start. However, when it gets big enough, you can start delegating a lot of the procurement, packaging, advertisement, and shipping.
If you start renting properties, you will be PERSONALLY cleaning houses between tenants, until you start bringing in enough money to hire employees to do it for you, and then a property manager to oversee them.
Of course, you can also hire some human resources employees to do the hiring as you get even bigger.
Millionaires delegate A LOT. They have very little time to do all these things by themselves. It's all "delegate, follow up, and audit" once you get BIG. That is also why offices are largely autonomous throughout the year, and corporate stops by a few times a year to audit processes, earnings, etc.
