Its a bit sad thinking about it, because Reboot Drago is a total assassination to OG Drago's character, from a wise partner that guides Dan to a fight obsessed robot...
The thing that always bothered me more than anything, (which is addressed in the video), is the lack of strategy in the reboot. Granted, it's important to realize that beginning in New Vestroia and ramping WAY up in the seasons following it, the original show was increasingly less about strategy and more about the Bakugan playing a random number of Ability Cards per turn, and someone won when the plot arbitrarily decided that their attack landed without being blocked or evaded. Seriously, there was no cap on the number of Ability Cards you could play, and that meant nobody ever had a good reason to STOP playing Ability Cards in a turn. That shit was ridiculous. It got so bad that by Mechtanium Surge, there were no G-power levels at all, and Gate Cards and Ability Cards only affected the action setpieces, not the game, because there was no game by that point. However, despite the show becoming less about strategy, we still have Season 1, where the show was ALL about strategy. While they didn't use any of the real-life cards, the game played in the show matched the rules of the real card game exactly, and every card had a specific effect. Card placement, Ability Card timing, the power of your shots, it all played a factor in Season 1, and that was what made it cool. So really, the problem isn't that the reboot has no strategy, the problem is that Bakugan hasn't been about strategy since Season 1 (Not counting Bakutech, which was easily the most strategy-based Bakugan anime) and the reboot did nothing to fix that existing problem.
Ill give legacy season 2 this, traps were better in the show than irl cause they were a workaround if your main bakugan got ability locked, attribute change irl is such an easy thing to do, especially with the number of special treatment bakugan that can easily change to the attribute that you need relevant to battle (not to mention ability cards)

Fun fact: Bakugan was the first anime I ever watched, without even being aware it was an anime at all. I thought it was a regular American cartoon like everything else on Bulgarian kids television. It was way later into my life when someone asked me what my first anime was, when I had an "Oh sh*t" realisation XD
I think for me it was the Pokemon, there were also French ones and some other animes I watched 1-4y later after 10PM as a kid on some channel. Some monster anime(I thought it was Tokyo Ghoul but nope, it's some other anime about monsters in a city with a really depressing artstyle), a few episodes of Bleach and maybe something else I don't remember.
I will say, Beyblade has had like… 4 reboots now. They nailed it the first time, granted, but they were better at innovating the toys too. Going from plastic to metal saga is a massive jump, then we get burst saga which itself was very different, and now we have X saga which merges the metal and burst series while still having a unique flair. They have had several tries to get it right, bakugan only got one.
@@mirzapramudya1580 Beyblade X, new series, new protag, new design. I’m just calling it X saga because I couldn’t think of a better name. It’s definitely similar to burst but it’s being advertised as the next “saga” so eh?
Well they had the advantage of the formula being simple enough that any mistep gimick or bad spin off can easily be brushed under the rug like it never happened cause the mainline toys and series can carry the brand confidently, im ngl i felt that the burst were too gimicky but not as bad as some of the other stuff the series tried however X combined the best aspects of both the metal and burst series by focusing on what makes battles exciting rather than gimmicky
@@hyperlink6547I just consider it the shogun steel of the burst saga. Kinda like how Shogun Steel introduced synchrome and a new part system while still being mostly metal, the new X show still has bursting despite adding more metal to the beys.
New Vestroia Ep 1 is my fav re-introduction to new season EVER! One thing they did right for series' like these : highlight the OG's exp and make them cool! NV introduced a new brawling system, they have new characters who obv use the system, dragged Dan into a double battle with the new system he has no idea about, explained a little bit about the rules mid-battle, and Dan + Drago completely crushed BOTH opponents single-handedly! Even without watching the 1st season, it hooks you right off the bat!
The original Villain masquerade (I think) was one of the coolest villains it being one of their friends and it was a female. It felt natural unlike female characters today. Honestly when it was first revealed I didn’t wanna believe at the time

I don't get why they dumb tv shows down for children. We were completely fine with it as kids and it was awesome. There's nothing bad about it but they continue to tone it down. Not only Bakugan but stuff like Yu-Gi-Oh, and Beyblade etc.
Because children have changed, more and more have become "RUclips" watchers. I've literally tried to sit down and watch TV with my little sister, she fast forwards/skips/rewinds all over the place. She says it's too slow/got boring ect. They want it to be short fast and move on to the next thing just like RUclips/ticktock. Watching a movie with her is hell. Anything with a decent story has bad viewership on the actual channels (older fans use online sources) so they focus on the toy sellers. All the cool shows we liked as kids were cancelled because they didn't sell toys enough, it's so dumb.
For me , the peak of the series was New Vestroia, especially when things were getting somewhat serious and even many of the villains were dying, making it look like one of the few shows of its type that actually seemed to take itself seriously (i mean, just compare it to the first 2 seasons of Yugioh GX and bakugan starts to look in comparation like a seinen anime)
I like the fact that you say the first two season because you know from the third season it's more than serious but i don't think non of bakugan or yu gi oh close to looks like a seinen anime
For a toy anime, OG Dan’s character development is so good! I watched the whole thing up to season 4 Mechtanium Surge and he actually feels like a mature grownup at his 20s. I missed the times where toy anime’s were serious with their plots.
Yeah I remember the old bakugan and dinosaur king I love watching them but I hate the new bakugan it's so shit how them changed the complete story of the anime
@@RealZombieNinja Right!? Man I remember when the cardgame dropped. The first packs where sold only in a magazine back then. I still remember me and my friend grabbing several on day one. Thank you!!! Im a big fan of the original series, have been since highschool, but i watched it for the plot. Dan was always my favorite, so season 4 was interesting since he fell off his high horse. But i always liked the shows' gradual development and that it actually does have stakes that have consequences. ( im a huge yugioh nerd too so i liked the similarity, otherwise these shows are no fun. ) But i loved that they can interact with their bakugan and have connections with them. Even during a fight. Yugioh DM, Gx, and 5ds didn't do that very often. So there's the big difference. And we got to see them in normal life more often, outside of battles. We know dans parents and runos parents and their personalities. Dans mom especially was cool to see her learn about the bakugaun being real and also interacting with drago and then the vestals. It's refreshing. All in all, i loved bakugan battle brawlers. I've not watched much of this one due tooooo..... well, your vid explains it. Tried to, even skippped ahead in hopes of improvements, but yeah, that didn't happen.
Im confused why they ditched shuns original personality and said, "hey, you know the badass ninja guy? Lets make him marucho... hm? Oh, you wanted originality? Whats that?"
The main problem is that bakugan ditched actually trying to show the characters playing a game (like the yugioh anime) and instead became pokemon but simpler and worse
the OG Bakugan did almost everything right until season 3 ofc Masquerade being Alice is the first plot twist i ever seen on anime and it comes from an anime that aired on tv for 9 years old kid Edit: i still remember they have an episdoe where Shun duel Dan and purposefully stall the match so his mom can lives longer in the hospital even by just some second. How is that being greenlit for kid show idk but its awesome
I honestly despise how they never brought back the OG battle system. The 3x2 gatecard system where every brawler only had 3 gatecards to use and couldn't just blow them all if the opponent caught onto your strategy. Even if they didn't explain the system thoroughly, you can see its rules are consistent throughout every battle. It's cool how most battles also explained the strategies and the drawbacks that occur. My favourite is Alice vs. Klaus and Alice wastes all 3 gatecards on creating stalemates. Once she used them all up, she had no choice but to play on Klaus' terms and ultimately lost because he still had his signature gatecard. Definitely didn't make much sense as a kid, but looking back it was so in-depth and the creators actually cared for the game.
1: "This show is bad don't watch it." 2: "Hey! if you don't watch the whole thing, how can you judge it fairly?" 1: "But I did watch it though." 2: "Well if you finished it you must have enjoyed it."
Do NOT dare to defend the cringe that is this show Sometimes I wish that Coredegon and Mechtavius destroyer actually SUCCEEDED FOR REAL in destroying the universe so that we wouldn't have this atrocity right now (I know that nobody watched season 4 part 2 and people hate it MOST but I will NEVER stop referencing it and mentioning Wiseman the GOAT of all Goats because he actually got furthest than any other bakugan villain in terms of destroying the world)
I know that the og bakugan universe and this one are two different ones so losing the first one wouldn't mean losing the second one with it too but I really just wanted to find a way to reference the TOP season And also nothing will EVER beat (no matter what they put up at this point): "ABILITY ACTIVAAAAAAATE... REVOLUTIONAL!!" (I mean the screaming man, the energy, and then after this monstrous attack goes through dozen of magnifying glasses and hits, a huge explosion follows in a huge radius that bombs the place. I know that this is from season 4 part 1 and not part 2 but who cares, it was epic anyways
The ability cards made more sense for me than the hexagon cores because in the end we all are just going to admit that we loved and would always cherish the original Bakugan series
They didn't do it because it was "bad", they did it because after 5 years they realized most kids who were into would be getting their teen years and losing interest (especially with a barely playable TCG), so they rebooted to take in fan feedback while also attracting a new generation of kinds.
@@BoYo275and what did we get the same battle system from the first reboot, different characters design they pulled a shun with the blue hair girl by giving a different design, may drago worst than he was before and they have the balls to call it Bakugan generation 3
@@randomt800kiddo2 Basically, the TCG died shortly after release as it the reboot launched before Covid, after things calmed down SpinMaster still refused to put any effort into making more cards, so they unofficially killed it of which caused most older people to leave to fanbase. I then went on pretty strong/well, growing a fanbase for 5 years, but SpinMaster felt the kids from 5 years ago would've outgrown it, so they rebooted it to take in fan feedback & attract a newer gen of young fans..
@@GodFusionShiro It keeping a similar battle system as Gen2 isn't too bad of a thing, since compared to a lot of other "Kid universally have these mosters and battle with them" series where they just stand around yelling orders, or the humans aren't needed almost at all for their monsters to fight on their own, it is pretty unique and interesting. I don't think they tried to "Pull a Shun" with Mia with blue hair being a lot like Lia, I think it just kinda accidently happened. But while I 1000% miss Lia & the rest AO , I personally like Mia a lot so far. Yeah, Drago's new design isn't the greatest, but I wouldn't call it bad or worst. I just think it'll take some getting used to over time.
Bakugan BRAWL! Bakugan STAND! Words I remember fondly and cherish forever. Bakugan was the GOAT back when I was a kid in the early 2000s. I remember wanting the cards and monster balls so badly. This show is my childhood. I’m glad that a new generation can enjoy this series, even if it’s not the best looking animation.
I remember the hype of New Vestoria, and it delivired the hype, Dan's character got better, new characters were awesome, plot was decent too, and villans were pretty cool too, especially Spectra (knowing they bring him back in S4 cuz he is that cool).
In the first bakugan the mc is actually sickly designed. Also, his aspirations and personnality, although, of course kind of childish, but I'm not complaining cuz it is a kid's show, are very very likeable. Bro will fight anyone to get better he doesn't care and that's why he's the best.
As a Bakugan fan, my love for Bakugan has shifted to Transformers. Far better toys than whatever G3 is doing with that halfbaked bind system, cringe thin plastic, gag-worthy designs and insulting “TCG”. Just stick with the old TCG, it was the one of the best TCGs I’ve played
Surprisingly the main character has a different name, it just sounds like the G1 Dan's name, while his last name was changed to sound like how English speakers pronounced the old one as little joke.
The Wii Game's music had no business going as hard as it did and I respect it greatly lol Also, Aquos used to be my favorite element and Preyas my favorite bakugan, but now I think I'm more partial to a mix of Ventus and Darkus with Harpius being my favorite Bakugan now.
I'm genuinely happy that when I saw my younger brother watch this shit I told him to stop watching it, watch the old one, AND HE FUCKING AGREED IT BEING WAY BETTER!
The absolute biggest gripe that I had with Battle Planet as a whole was the fact that the bakugan themselves did not look anything like their IRL toy counterparts when outside of battle. Back in the original Legacy series, part of the reason why I, and many of my friends, loved bakugan was because we associated buying them at the store as obtaining the character IRL. Seeing a new Bakugan roll onto a gate card, transform, stand, and explode into a monster was always exciting because it meant that we may see it on store shelves sometime in the future. By buying the toy, it essentially felt like I was holding the actual character in my hands, and had a tangible sense that the thing on the screen was real. Compared to the other toy commercial cartoons at the time, Bakugan just had something special. Yu-Gi-Oh cards are real, but you can't really "play," with them unless you had someone who knows the game to play it with. Pokemon was a videogame first, with all the toys just kind of there to further promote the games. Beyblade was ever present, but you needed to have all the equipment to play with it, such as the launchers and stadiums. Bakugan struck that balance by being both a game and a toy together. The marbles themselves were something you can enjoy on its own by having a character in the show. Meanwhile the game was there to incentivize collecting. When watching OG Dan and friends, I loved seeing the CAD 3D models in the old show flap around, nod their heads, and just flail their arms about, lol. It was just the right amount of expression to show how these guys were limiting in their marble forms but had personality despite that. Battle Planet decided to forgo the toy designs in favor of just making the Bakugan look like little action figures instead of their IRL toy counterparts. I understand that they wanted to give more expressiveness for the Bakugan outside of combat, but that came at the cost of having a huge disconnect between the property on screen, and the product Spin Master wanted to sell. Seeing these Bakugan in the store just felt like all the cool engineering and presence was a waste since the media property didn't faithfully represent how cool the product actually was. The animators tried to rectify this in Season 2 by giving actual 3D CAD model stand animations, but it felt tacked on as an afterthought to appease the legacy fans. Plus, when the battles ended the Bakugan suddenly morph back into the action figure form again anyway. What was the point of adding it then if it directly conflicts with your art style? Sorry if I sound like a Corpo suit there, but it really frustrates me that such an appealing aspect of the original show was butchered when they did this reboot and may have even crippled their staying power as a result. Especially since the Battle Planet toys and TCG were such an improvement on the original. Would the toy faithful models have saved the show? Probably not. But it would have been an enjoyable thing to look forward to amidst all the cringe voice acting and boring battles.
OG Bakugan : "Characters actually relevant and important to the show, the fact that the world in danger and I love how it actually feels intense at times." Reboot Bakugan : "Stupid cash grab without a real soul or effort put into voice acting and the show is just plain boring in general."
so true, it was and is a waste of time to be made. It is only a cash grab that was made for a 1 year promotion, i lost interst the first time i bought one an quit after episode 3 it was so not worth it.
Dude I'm from Zimbabwe and we had a whole league for bakugan in school lol. We even did the whole lose your bakugan is you lose the game. Every vendor street to top specialty shop sold them and we were up to date even when New Vistroya came out. I have 6 versions of Drago lying somewhere at home 😂😂. So yeah, Bakugan was also an insane hit here in Africa too😅
As a former bakugan fan, i am upset at the quality of this anime, however, as a person who wished to have bakugan as a child, i am more sad that i can't find the old bakugan in stores. I just like the old designs and the new feel too detailed and it makes me feel sad that i didnt get it when they were still out.
Used to be too expensive for me as a kid back in the day, now it's too expensive because the toys are old and people overprice them on Ebay. Reminds me of those Bionicle dreams people keep having, where even in their dreams they can't afford the toys lmao.
All the new designs look cool except dragonoids and a few snake bakugan, legacy definitely did snakes a bit better even if it were repetitive and every roboot dragonoid design looks like blitz or battalix dragonoid which is easily the worst main drago designs from legacy

Fuck I remember watching and Bakugan as a kid... But to be honest Pokemon Diamond and Pearl, Bakugan Battle Brawlers and Dragon Ball Z Kai were my whole introduction to anime as a kid
In the summer between my 5th grade and 6th grade year i found myself living in a spouse abuse community home. Just that year i had begun playing and collecting Bakugan. Me and another boy really connected with each other there for the first time because we both played Bakugan. He was a few years younger than me. We traded a bit, he loved the game as much as i did Yugioh when i was his age. Eventually i ended up walking about 2 hours (there and back) from Walmart. I was young and this was not smart but i would go to the toy section. Stuff my jacket pockets with as many Bakugan that would fit. On the walk back i was always so excited to share the new awesome Bakugan with that kid. His eyes would light up! I did this several times while living with him in that house. Even on My second to last day i did it as a parting gift as well as giving to him my entire collection. I quit Bakugan but passed on my passion for the game to him. Wish i could talk to him again! It’s been 17 years i think? Anyway that’s my fondest memory of the silly card game that is know by Bakugan haha
The new animation and voice acting legit feels like a Crunchyroll original series with a brand new team putting out their first product, not something from an animation studio that's been in business for years...
reboots are a questionable thing, if it's done right (ducktales) it goes good, but if it ain't respectable to the source material, it ain't gonna work at all (*looks at all those "reboots" like modern dora and magic school bus*)
also compaired to the og bakugan (I enjoyed it, I have both wii games) this looks like a one for children instead of actual anime, cus the characters look like teens instead of looking all cool
I wouldn't warrant comparisons if the reboot was anywhere near the original's level; but since that's obviously not the case I don't see why we can't fault the new show for what the old show did better
I get that is a children’s franchise of toys, but they’re anime for Bakugan and Beyblade back in my day had emotions, story and characters you wanted to see in recent years both series lost magic they had
I watched the first like 2 minutes of the show. When "Dan" and Drago started talking like old pals. like they were the ones who went through all the crap og dan and drago went through i was like nah you haven't earned this show, and dropped it immediately.
Bakugan was so popular at my school among the boys the girls started getting into it. Bakugan faded away when i moved away to another school after 4th grade, thats when Bakugan also fell off after New vestroya.
The orinignal bakugan and beyblade metal fusion will always be apart of my heart in a special place i always had to make sure i watched the next ep on cartoon network before going to school. My og legends with the oringinal yugiog
Why do they look 8?! Like I always liked how in cartoon animes, the characters looked to be in their mid teens cause it gave me people to look up to and aspire to be when I was older as a kid. The characters don't have to look the exact age of the target demographic

Yeah. The whole point of card games....is strategy. Without it, good luck lasting

Same here, аз също съм българин (здрасти), and watched bakugan and Inazuma 11 thinking it was just a regular animated cool show
I think for me it was the Pokemon, there were also French ones and some other animes I watched 1-4y later after 10PM as a kid on some channel.
The hell is X saga?
Last time I had anything Beyblade related it was still Gen... 4??? Of Burst
@@mirzapramudya1580 Beyblade X, new series, new protag, new design. I’m just calling it X saga because I couldn’t think of a better name. It’s definitely similar to burst but it’s being advertised as the next “saga” so eh?
They’re not reboots, they’re new series
For real. After generic season 1, NV feels like a new anime IP. Quality went from average to well done.

Beyblade x looks sick tho
Because children have changed, more and more have become "RUclips" watchers. I've literally tried to sit down and watch TV with my little sister, she fast forwards/skips/rewinds all over the place. She says it's too slow/got boring ect.
They want it to be short fast and move on to the next thing just like RUclips/ticktock. Watching a movie with her is hell. Anything with a decent story has bad viewership on the actual channels (older fans use online sources) so they focus on the toy sellers. All the cool shows we liked as kids were cancelled because they didn't sell toys enough, it's so dumb.
Fr and Baku Tech was so much better than this
Man, sevens and go rush specially sevens its purely kids nothing serious, nothing dark. Just duels with generic people
I mean, a lot of the Yu-Gi-Oh and Beyblade generations after the original were actually alright
I see this got recommended to all of us at the same time haha.
It seems so
Yep
Indeed
For me , the peak of the series was New Vestroia, especially when things were getting somewhat serious and even many of the villains were dying, making it look like one of the few shows of its type that actually seemed to take itself seriously (i mean, just compare it to the first 2 seasons of Yugioh GX and bakugan starts to look in comparation like a seinen anime)
I like the fact that you say the first two season because you know from the third season it's more than serious but i don't think non of bakugan or yu gi oh close to looks like a seinen anime
@@kaitosama3766 the "Seinen like" comment was just an example, I obviously don't think that either of them go to such heights of maturity
Bakugan's style was the perfect bridge between 90s anime style, and early 2000's anime style.
For a toy anime, OG Dan’s character development is so good! I watched the whole thing up to season 4 Mechtanium Surge and he actually feels like a mature grownup at his 20s.
I missed the times where toy anime’s were serious with their plots.
Man Bakugan and effing Dinosaur King used to be my jam back then. Always wondered if anyone rememebered those shows
Dinosaur King was so fucking great, I remember spending my childhood obsessing over that show like hell. Thanks for reminding me it existed!
As a bonus seemingly no one else bothered with those, so there was more for us. Oh and man there was the Nintendo DS game too
Thank you!!! Im a big fan of the original series, have been since highschool, but i watched it for the plot. Dan was always my favorite, so season 4 was interesting since he fell off his high horse. But i always liked the shows' gradual development and that it actually does have stakes that have consequences. ( im a huge yugioh nerd too so i liked the similarity, otherwise these shows are no fun. )
But i loved that they can interact with their bakugan and have connections with them.
Great to see someone go in depth with their feelings
I watched the show as a kid because I had a giant crush on Dan, Shun, and later Ren. (Also the buff guy with orange dreadlocks)
The original Bakugan was literally my childhood, along with many other cartoon network classics
Im confused why they ditched shuns original personality and said, "hey, you know the badass ninja guy? Lets make him marucho... hm? Oh, you wanted originality? Whats that?"
The main problem is that bakugan ditched actually trying to show the characters playing a game (like the yugioh anime) and instead became pokemon but simpler and worse
the OG Bakugan did almost everything right until season 3 ofc
Masquerade being Alice is the first plot twist i ever seen on anime and it comes from an anime that aired on tv for 9 years old kid
Edit: i still remember they have an episdoe where Shun duel Dan and purposefully stall the match so his mom can lives longer in the hospital even by just some second. How is that being greenlit for kid show idk but its awesome
Old Bakugan was just different,it's crazy how it had a opening that sounds like korn made it
Lets not forget they made a dog one of the brawlers who actually battles which takes away any even remotly seriousness of it
The Anime uses the Easy rules of the version of the game where its just "Roll on hexagon, add damage, highest attack wins, win 3 times to WIN."

Sometimes I wish that Coredegon and Mechtavius destroyer actually SUCCEEDED FOR REAL in destroying the universe so that we wouldn't have this atrocity right now (I know that nobody watched season 4 part 2 and people hate it MOST but I will NEVER stop referencing it and mentioning Wiseman the GOAT of all Goats because he actually got furthest than any other bakugan villain in terms of destroying the world)
I know that the og bakugan universe and this one are two different ones so losing the first one wouldn't mean losing the second one with it too but I really just wanted to find a way to reference the TOP season
And also nothing will EVER beat (no matter what they put up at this point): "ABILITY ACTIVAAAAAAATE... REVOLUTIONAL!!" I know that this is from season 4 part 1 and not part 2 but who cares, it was epic anyways
The ability cards made more sense for me than the hexagon cores because in the end we all are just going to admit that we loved and would always cherish the original Bakugan series
I still cant believe it was so bad that they REBOOTED A REBOOT
They didn't do it because it was "bad", they did it because after 5 years they realized most kids who were into would be getting their teen years and losing interest (especially with a barely playable TCG), so they rebooted to take in fan feedback while also attracting a new generation of kinds.
aint no way... what happened?

@@GodFusionShiro It keeping a similar battle system as Gen2 isn't too bad of a thing, since compared to a lot of other "Kid universally have these mosters and battle with them" series where they just stand around yelling orders, or the humans aren't needed almost at all for their monsters to fight on their own, it is pretty unique and interesting.
I don't think they tried to "Pull a Shun" with Mia with blue hair being a lot like Lia, I think it just kinda accidently happened. But while I 1000% miss Lia & the rest AO , I personally like Mia a lot so far.

It got the Beyblade G-force treatment...BUT IN REVERSE!
In the first bakugan the mc is actually sickly designed. Also, his aspirations and personnality, although, of course kind of childish, but I'm not complaining cuz it is a kid's show, are very very likeable. Bro will fight anyone to get better he doesn't care and that's why he's the best.
I'm flabbergasted at how this man mispronounced Bakugan as a child when everyone in the show says it every five seconds.😂

I had no idea Bakugan had a reboot. And they chose to keep the main character's name. Woah.
i propably didn't regonise it was bakugan until now even though it was stated in the show
I’m in the same ball park. 5 seasons and not once did I know it existed lol
Surprisingly the main character has a different name, it just sounds like the G1 Dan's name, while his last name was changed to sound like how English speakers pronounced the old one as little joke.
The Wii Game's music had no business going as hard as it did and I respect it greatly lol
Also, Aquos used to be my favorite element and Preyas my favorite bakugan, but now I think I'm more partial to a mix of Ventus and Darkus with Harpius being my favorite Bakugan now.
I played the DS version, and can safely say that soundtrack is _amazing!_ The Aquos theme is still my favourite!
My favorite gotta be the ventus arena theme
I'm genuinely happy that when I saw my younger brother watch this shit I told him to stop watching it, watch the old one, AND HE FUCKING AGREED IT BEING WAY BETTER!
Now that's a great young brother right there
The absolute biggest gripe that I had with Battle Planet as a whole was the fact that the bakugan themselves did not look anything like their IRL toy counterparts when outside of battle.
OG Bakugan : "Characters actually relevant and important to the show, the fact that the world in danger and I love how it actually feels intense at times."
Reboot Bakugan : "Stupid cash grab without a real soul or effort put into voice acting and the show is just plain boring in general."
so true, it was and is a waste of time to be made. It is only a cash grab that was made for a 1 year promotion, i lost interst the first time i bought one an quit after episode 3 it was so not worth it.
