I know, it was SOOOO hard to watch. As a mom & human being, was choked up & crying the entire time; yet realize I'm just behind the screen. Which is why I can't even begin to imagine the immeasurable pain, grief & anger they must feel! :( Phew, heart-breaking & beyond unacceptable. It has to stop.

A lot of times the people closets to these hidden monsters say they never seen it coming or they never showed that side, which is crazy because you'd think that kind of evil can't hide amongst the normal folks but some reason we keep producing them & it tends to be our youngest that end up dealing with whatever madness is brewing! 😭

@@ricmarks5240 yes. I took a walk on my lunch break from work and there were kids getting off the school bus this afternoon and I immediately broke down. It could have been here where I live, in my neighborhood. I honestly don't understand and I'm so afraid of how this is going to affect children that have lived through this. I hope they get all the counseling and support because they're going to need it.
I cannot imagine the absolute fear these children went through while watching their short life pass before their eyes. No child should feel that fear. The teachers are heroes also.. I know they did whatever they could to be a comfort to their babies :(

As a father I'm in tears and I grieve with you bro.
My heart breaks for the lives lost and the survivors. Those kids and teachers went through something so horrifying that i wouldn't wish on anyone. I've looked after 9-10 year olds, they're so innocent but smart and aware at the same time. It hurts to think how scared those kids were, probably wanting their parents to console them and many didn't get a chance to see their parents/family ever again.
"I WANT KNOW WHAT SHE DID" OH God it hurts to hear his pain...we will be crying about these children for the rest of our lives.

This beautiful angel baby shares a birthday with my angel baby, my niece turned 3 on May 10 last year!!! I literally just realized the connection almost a year later. My heart breaks for this man and all of the families affected by this tragedy
I was driving listening to this and broke down crying. Losing a child is trauma enough, but to be a first responder and learn of their death in this way is incomprehensible. I have not doubt she was amazing person, when considering all of this he had his wife’s feelings in the forefront of his mind. And the little girl who was completely covered in the blood of her best friend…this is a community trauma that will last forever, and particularly for these children who are at such a vulnerable age.

After seeing his pain, I am lost for words. As a father myself of a 5 year old I don't know what I would do if I lost my child. This is so heart breaking.
