The 1st house is actually NOT made of concrete but aluminum panels over steel framing painted to look like concrete. Anyone with just the basic knowledge of engineering know this. If those moving parts were concrete, no metal strong enough would support its weight. Even the hinges on those windows would snap in a second.

All these designs are flawed in case of zombie invasion because they don't consider the human factor: other survivors will want to find effective shelters and will then try to break into already occupied shelters with human methods, not zombies' method. So thin wooden tables covering windows, or even thick concrete walls, won't stop desperate, smart and determinate humans to go through any kind of defense. Then, when this happens, also zombies will be able to come in and take over the shelter. You're dead! Effective zombie apocalypse shelter MUST provide total defense from zombies but also from other humans. Maybe the only one in the video that could work is the stone-shaped cabin, as it dissimulates itself in the nature. Alas it probably won't survive to a massive zombie horde pushing it down through the valley...

Many of these houses have electric system to protect themselves, but if we have a general black out, they will be useless, even if they have their own generator using solar energy it won't be enough to make these massive doors / windows works.
